We recently migrated to Avaza from Active Collab and Clockify. The import of projects and tasks were very smooth. Still exploring it but liked the way it allows us to create custom and detailed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avaza allows us to manage many clients and many projects simultaneously, which is essential to our small and dynamic consulting practice. We were so pleased to find Avaza after searching and testing many other apps, including all of the larger name brands, because all of them had limits in functionality or number of projects or clients or users that made them unusable to us. Agile management is different formats with the added layer of timesheeting. Being able to quickly move from kanban to Gantt is awesome.

It's not bloated or unintuitive like PPM sized software

It's not quite a full package. The financial functions are minimal and require 3rd party accounting software which is fine as one of the benefits is that its not bloated. There is no WaveApps integration which is a real downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about this software is its customer support who gives skilled services and sort out our issues in less time. It has great functionalities for customization. I can group my project into different sections including milestones, epics and features or any sort of description that is included in my project or business requirement. Creating useful Charts is now my favorite part because of this amazing product. It helps me in making credit notes, time sheets and other recurring expenses for all my projects in a very significant manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any major problem with this project management product. Tracking of my projects through library reports is mow more effective with this application. It’s a great intuitive and also a major part of any type of industry these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avaza is a tool that has made my work as a freelancer much more efficient and expeditious.

I approached because I found the offer of linking my Payoneer account to manage payments to my clients through this portal attractive, however, it was a pleasant surprise to discover how through Avaza I can manage my projects and manage more efficiently the time that I invest in each one as well as generate more confidence in each of my clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not achieved anything that I dislike about Avaza Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface to manage the program is simple, gives this tool ease at the time of learning to control the tools, the state of connection of other connected users, the progress of activities, projects, objectives and even customer information. Details such as the automatic management of tasks together with a visualization in certain periods of time. It has problems with moving tools from templates in which; having worked with other programs lose the templates with which they have previously been executed in the others, a considerably necessary update to be able to move these jobs to this platform, and has no options extensively in customization. I found the interface easy to use. I needed a simple way to track hours and create invoices for a consulting gig that I picked up on the side and checked out similar apps and found Avaza to be the best for my needs and their free version was a nice bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I prefer to figure out how to do things without help. I found that some aspects, such as printing an invoice, required me to search help to figure out how to get it done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can control all task easily! It improves our communications and controls the tasks.
