I am having indescribable experience with this splendid software. It helps me a lot in running my business effectively. I am so happy with its invention because of organizing and streamlining my business. Its support team is very much responsive and answer all my questions so quickly. To me I have tried several project management products but I found it to be the most suitable one. I feel pleased to use this software because it keeps several things under single location. In the beginning I found some of its aspects to be difficult but after getting familiar with it. While Avaza has definitely been good for my business, with all the options it has, it's a difficult platform to learn quickly without the assistance of an expert or online course. The interface to manage the program is easy, offers this device convenience at the time of finding out to manage the tools, the state of connection of various other linked customers, the progression of activities, jobs, goals and also even customer information. It has issues with relocating tools from templates in which; having actually collaborated with various other programs lose the design templates with which they have previously been implemented in the others, a significantly required update to be able to move these work to this platform, as well as has no alternatives extensively in modification. I like that, but I have different projects that I can run in parallel. I like to like that, I can set up timetables, monitor the costs, and send invoices with Avaza only. Avaza is definitely the most versatile PM tool I've ever used. The fact that I can create an estimate, turn it into a project, pan in resource, do timesheets, report on projects, use it to upload documents and communicate with my team and clients and bill my client is amazing. I would prefer to be able to assign a colour to each project so its colour co-ordinated on the team schedule view rather than the project status being the colour of the task but it's not the end of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It streamlined my invoicing process. I don't have to juggle multiple programs for task management and invoicing anymore. It also makes assigning tasks and managing projects easier than my previous vendor. And above all, I've been really impressed with the response time from their customer service team. The task recurring options are a little limited. For example, you cannot have a task recur on the 3rd Friday of every month. This has caused a little hassle since sometimes tasks fall on a weekend if they recur on a monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avaza has so many features yet it is so easy to set up and use. I like that I can manage projects parately but view all my tasks across different projects. I like that I can set up schedules, track expenses and timesheets and send invoices using only Avaza. There is no message board to put announcements (company updates and milestones, acknowledge team's efforts, put up birthday greetings, etc) or overview of the project and where people can communicate, leave comments, suggestions, etc. This could be helpful for virtual teams for better collaboration and also for archiving communications. I like how attachments could be added to each task and then downloaded easily by others. When using other platforms such as Trello, it was hard to download something without opening it up in a new tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing so far that I'm not too fond of is that for now, you can only assign one person to a task. Although you can add followers, it would definitely help to be able to add more users assigned to task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
