Avaza is a robust software that focuses on project creation and the process that comes with it. It’s a simple program that offers the most advanced features at a low cost. I like that this software has all-in-one features, such as invoicing and timesheets, that are usually found on different programs at a higher price. I appreciate the fact that it gives different interface views such as Kanban boards or list views, which makes it even more intuitive considering the fact that I can switch between the two as much as I want without having any information missing.

By my use of avaza I could find an error in their resource planning, where many of the tools of this system can not be used in its entirety, because you can not activate its capabilities to the maximum by subtracting considerably the analytical power of information channeling for this type of work, thus achieving a decline in its management quality, involving a prompt solution to that problem. Avaza represents an extremely useful software for the management and solution of business projects because it integrates a large number of tools that perform different functions such as time tracking, expense management, online billing and quotes which helps us manage a much faster and easier the flow of projects, Avaza also has a simple interface that properly integrates all the tools this allows employees to learn a large number of skills easily and quickly which leads to a large increase in business productivity. Avaza has some negative points such as the interface of the mobile application for android that is a little slow and outdated, although it integrates very well Xero can be really difficult to create an invoice that fits the inventory this may represent a delay in productivity to complete the time tracking despite being a very useful tool does not allow a calculation of overtime. Avaza follow-up review program tends to limit the user to examine some aspects of the tasks performed, since when the automated review is performed it does not allow the analyzed content to be visualized in detail, which is why certain details found in the information handled by the company are overlooked, which deserves to be corrected to prevent these flaws from being passed on to the company's organization. The way Avaza enables you to organize your projects and create sections to help you divide and conquer your goals is amazing.
