The main and one disadvantage that I can get to a tool like Avaza is that as it is a web-based solution does not have a version for a desktop computer which sometimes makes it a little difficult to handle for those customers who are used to handling this type of project management tool and task management is much more complex because they have to run it through mobile devices and give a constant monitoring by the same means. Users should be able to add different temporary fields for project categories, if not entirely new projects.
