Avaza is one of the software that has very effective tools for the operation of project management, as well as data management and CRM as it is a leading application in terms of business management to subtract integrated professional services in the cloud, providing its users with resource scheduling, billing quotes, spreadsheets, among others, in order to maintain an ideal administration and monitoring for the development and management of projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are two functions that I currently dislike regarding the use of Avaza, one of them is the deficiency it presents within its mobile application as this limits the tracking of multiple simultaneous projects and the other function that I consider that it should improve is the integration of other channels that handle the same business management system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What you can do with Avaza's collaboration and project management tools is really a lot and will totally change your vision about project management, as a tool to manage tasks is very effective as it has many types of view to observe the type of task, duration and due date, even you can also see the performance of each person in certain task, it is a solid system to execute functions of billing hours, unforeseen expenses, projects, mobile payments and more, interface with a great architecture and very easy to navigate which makes the user experience extraordinary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile applications seems to have downplayed the same need a fairly large improvement collaboration tools are scarce we could say that only has some options to establish chat conversations and does not have discussion forums, training options tutorials are very few not much help the user to understand the operation of software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avaza is a great solution that combines resource management with project management and they have a very good support team that are able to guide you from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the quote feature might need some improvement. I want to introduce solar companies to Avaza but I don't think the users will be able to generate accurate quotes using Avaza alone. Some calculation fields to in the quotes section will be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity with which you can add projects, and tasks. The Kanban dashboard is a cherry on the pie and a very useful visual tool to understand status of various tasks you/your team is doing.
The timesheet is an effective tool, and I onboarded on this platform to explore this, after an agency we were working with introduced it to us.

The incessant notifications on Avaza without a prompt. Specially the fact that an email is sent out on every action is not to my liking.
The free version lets you use one seat for a timesheet, which is not sufficient enough for the size of my team. The feature timesheets wich allows me to compute how much time i've spent on my tasks and to do a weekly summary of my job. I use it to keep track of my job when i can't reach my workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything in one place which give visibility on:
- Team occupation rate (resource planning tool)
- Project status
- Financial overview (team, project, client profitability)
You can also manage task and ticket.
