"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Emails with Excellent Account Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I enjoy the fortnightly support meetings with our account manager. It's allowed us a structure to test various aspects of our campaigns. The drag-and-drop email build capability is intuitive and user-friendly. It's a comparable alternative price-wise to other platforms we've used, but the human support and account management is better. We've tested a little of the AI integration but don't have conclusive results on this yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

Lack of auto-save is my biggest bugbear. It's really frustrating when you've worked on something and it doesn't save. I have lost time on this area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Time Saving, Attentive Staff, Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I find Attentive to be very user-friendly and pretty automated, which saves us a lot of time analyzing data and setting up campaigns. Love the newsletters, particularly in ideating seasonally relevant campaigns, the AI features, and the user interface. I appreciate the clear data analytics, quick product rollout, and the attentive staff (that's the best part). These features make the whole experience less manual and time-consuming. What do you dislike about Attentive?

Lately since the RCS has rolled out, our campaign updates aren't saving and it is causing prolonged, duplicative work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automations, Seamless Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I love the user-friendly ability to create journeys and communicate with our customers directly. The strengths of the automations and segmentation are really impressive, making it very easy to integrate. It allows us to send the right message to the right person at the right time, targeting based on behaviors and purchase history. The platform is built for e-commerce growth with strong automations and advanced segmentation. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the amazing white glove support. What do you dislike about Attentive?

I find the search function is terrible and the cost is not competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Functionality, Easy Scheduling and Clear Segmentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

The platform’s functionality is strong and it’s easy to use. For me, the scheduling process takes around five minutes, and the segmentation is clear and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

I’ve reviewed the AI copy suggestions when scheduling SMS, and I don’t feel they reflect our brand’s tone of voice. They come across as very promotional, whereas for a luxury brand the suggestions would be much more useful if they better matched that style. It would also help if the recommendations could take cues from the previous SMS copy we’ve chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient SMS Marketing with Intuitive Analytics, But Setup Could Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I use Attentive for SMS marketing and appreciate its ability to segment and target customer groups more effectively than email alone. I like the ease of campaign setup; we can create and deploy a full campaign with segment retargeting in about 10 minutes, which isn't possible with email marketing. Another aspect I enjoy is reaching customers in real time, which email doesn't do. The analytics and reporting are intuitive and thorough, with the layout making it easy to quickly see the most relevant data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

One issue we ran into was a few issues with setup and website integration. This cost us extra time when setting up the automated popups. This could be more streamlined and improved a bit. The backend code integration with our webpage was the issue, and while I am not a web developer, I would venture to guess a more 'plug and play' code injection option might be something to consider. "Intuitive and Powerful for Lead Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I find Attentive very easy to use, and I appreciate that it provides examples on how to use it. There are many different formats for creating campaigns, and I really like the a two p option, which allows for traditional SMS or GIFs, and automates follow-up triggers. The integration with our ads and the ability to follow the reporting system with all of the integrations is beneficial for us. It helps us provide the best narratives on what is successful and healthy with our operation because the reporting is very intuitive. The setup was super easy, and having a representative from Attentive support us with every function was very helpful. We have monthly high-touchpoint meetings, which are great for addressing any questions and enhancing our marketing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

The text feature when the client responds back sometimes has issues. It'll say that we hadn't responded to a text or the client hadn't responded to a customer, even when they have. These messages can sit idle or pending in the storage for a long time. This results in clients not receiving responses as expected. While the a2p feature generally works, it doesn't always function smoothly for direct-to-client business models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless SMS Marketing with Seamless Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I like Attentive for its ease in building flows, which makes the SMS marketing process smoother. I really find the integration with other SaaS products like Gorgias, Klaviyo, and Shopify very convenient, as it simplifies various tasks and creates a more seamless experience. The initial setup was very easy, which was a great start for using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless SMS Integration with Exceptional Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I like the two tap sign-up units as they reduce the number of taps to opt-in, helping to grow the list with fewer drop-offs. The platform is user-friendly, and I find the UI in Attentive better than Klaviyo. The AI copy assist is valuable because it offers a starting point when building a campaign and helps revamp existing copy. The flow builder is simple, allowing me to move quickly on multi-message sequences without fighting the interface. I appreciate the flow flexibility and sign-up tools. Switching to Attentive from Klaviyo was a great decision because of these advanced capabilities. The initial setup was smooth and I'd rate it a 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

Reporting could be stronger. Pulling deeper insights often takes manual work instead of just being there. I'd also like easier segmentation between SMS and email. More built-in reporting views would be helpful so I'm not exporting data to piece together performance across SMS. Right now it takes extra manual work to get a full picture. "Effective SMS Marketing with Minor Data Lag"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I like that Attentive allows us to segment our audience based on purchase and engagement behavior, which is really useful for our SMS marketing. I've also appreciated being able to test out RCS messaging with Attentive because that wasn't something we could do on other platforms. The ease of use with Attentive really stands out for me. We switched to Attentive because it was a much easier-to-use tool, providing an all-in-one solution that we used for both email and SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

The segmentation and the data are not necessarily real time as to what we're seeing in Shopify. We had some segmentation and data issues that caused us to migrate our email platform away from Attentive but kept our SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Retention Boost with Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attentive?

I love how super simple Attentive is to use. I like that it handles both email and SMS subscribers without any overlap, allowing us to target folks specifically in their engaged channel. The simplicity and efficiency of the tool save me time because getting things figured out, like replacing a flow or setting up A/B testing, is super easy. The support from the team at Attentive is also fantastic. They help us drive additional revenue and are always on top of things, letting us know about new features and helping us optimize the use of the tool. Everything is set up so efficiently, which is freaking amazing, and I love that the support is much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

I think a little bit more customized reporting would be helpful. The basic reporting is pretty great, but I'd like to be able to customize some of the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
