**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I like how easy it is to use the platform. It's very intuitive, especially the flow builders. You don't have to think too deeply about it. Also, the new suggestions and AI automation are very good. The white glove service team has been fantastic to work with, helping us achieve very specific things quite quickly. The service as well has been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I think the flexibility of the pop-up builders could be improved. There's a lot of things we would love to include and style, and I find that they're not as flexible. If you want anything custom, you have to reach out to a specific team. So more flexibility in the lead capture forms would be great.

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attentive to easily pre-plan campaigns, align with our sales calendar, and send SMS blasts. It helps with different flows like abandoned cart and browse abandonment.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I find Attentive to be an easy to use platform, and their account managers and team are really hands-on. They make using the platform so easy and save our lean team so much time, making my life a breeze. I appreciate that they ensure we are using the most up-to-date functionality. The setup process was the easiest, with the team helping us every step of the way. I also like that we can integrate Attentive with a lot of our platforms.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I don't love the SMS pricing structure, especially having to pay for our list. I'd like to see a reduction in the list fee.

**What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attentive to reach a specific demographic, providing a personalized way to engage with our younger Gen Z audience. The platform is easy to use, saving our lean team time and ensuring we use up-to-date functionality.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I really enjoy using Attentive because it's very easy to use. We switched from Klaviyo mainly due to pricing, and it's much better in that regard. I love the AI integrations for subject lines and preview text, which provide very insightful information. The detailed reporting systems based on segments and dates are impressive. Overall, it's just very simple to use, which is very nice.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I just wish Attentive was a little more popularized on third-party sites. There's a lot of things where it's like integrate with Klaviyo, and that integration with Attentive is just one step harder. Or not possible. So I just wish it was more accessible on these third-party sites that we wanna integrate.

Attentive helps with our signup forms and customer retention by offering lots of customizations. We can target different needs and filter customer journeys, enhancing engagement and retention.

I find Attentive to be very user-friendly and pretty automated, which saves us a lot of time analyzing data and setting up campaigns. It's really helpful with staff communication and newsletters, particularly in ideating seasonally relevant campaigns. I appreciate the clear data analytics, quick product rollout, and the attentive staff. These features make the whole experience less manual and time-consuming.

Limited (combined) segments and exclusions in campaign builder doesn't allow us to always be as granular as we want to be

I use Attentive for lead capture and SMS. I appreciate their Whiteglove Support, which is strong, providing nice support that answers quickly and is knowledgeable. This support is crucial as it helps me use the rest of the platform effectively, especially since certain features are hidden and need to be enabled. I also found the initial setup of Attentive to be easy.

Spin to Win Pop-Up hurt our lead capture rate a lot when we migrated.

I use Attentive for lead capture and SMS. It helps with sending messages through campaigns and creating pop-ups, supported by quick and knowledgeable customer service. Whiteglove Support enables access to hidden features, making the platform more usable.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I use Attentive for targeted SMS sends and metrics. It allows me to distribute SMSes in a streamlined way with more robust data. I like the different time frames you can pull reports in because I can look at it from a day, week, and month and compare when our most valuable engagement occurs.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

It isn't very intuitive. I had to build muscle memory and get corrected by peers for the first few uses. It doesn't feel like the tools flow well. Pulling the metrics was hard to find for me at first and finding the correct place to find the email itself. I could not find it on my own without memorizing where it would be.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I like how easy the USP is (on desktop) and how quickly they have implemented AI. White Glove is also an elite service, and the customer support is really awesome.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

The mobile interface is inaccessible–if I'm ever in a pinch, I can't schedule or edit from my phone! Feels backwards since it's text messaging!

Lack of support on compliance or legal issues–there should be more parameters and notices in place to educate clients on state-specific privacy laws so we can stay informed and in alignment with best practices.

The price!!! It's so exorbitantly expensive in comparison to all email marketing counterparts.

Attentive is our only SMS solution—it helps us reach customers quickly and drive revenue, especially during sales and key product launches. It’s been a reliable tool to grow and engage our list without the lift of creating an email.

It's really beneficial to always have support from Attentive's team to address problems, which is crucial for me as my internal team is very small. Also, I find the onboarding process incredibly easy—Attentive is hands-on throughout.

Excellent customer service, constant innovation and new product offerings, and a system that just works! When I'm onboarding new team members I always say Attentive is the easiest platform they'll have to learn. We've been using Attentive since the beginning and sometimes when tech companies get too big they lose their personal touch, but Attentive has always given us the same exceptional level of attention.

They don't integrate perfectly with our current email system which can silo data.

Better customer service via text, higher customer engagement and conversion. Plus, a quicker way to communicate annoucements to our customers compared to email.

I like how easy it is to get everything set up with Attentive. The help center is full of great information, which is really helpful. When I was starting out and didn't know the platform well, it was nice to have 'how to's in the help center instead of flooding our client rep's inbox with small user error questions.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Sometimes uploading segments can take a while, I notice that my platform starts to lag if I upload multiple of them.

I use Attentive to alert patrons about promotions and account alerts. It's easy to set up, and the help center is great for quick troubleshooting without bothering the client rep.

I like Attentive because it acts as a one-stop shop for marketing emails and SMS. I also really appreciate the great customer support and CSM they offer. Their support team provides fast responses in a timely manner and is always willing to help if I'm having trouble. Additionally, I find the reports they generate to be good and informative. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

Sometimes editing emails can be a tad difficult when creating rows vs sections, or there's a lot in the system that can make it hard to get to know everything.

I find it easy to set up SMS using Attentive, as it doesn't require too much work. I also appreciate the great team they provide us with—always willing to help and among the most knowledgeable companies I've worked with. They reach out every month to offer assistance and go above and beyond during working sessions to help with anything we may request.

It's not specific to Attentive, but with new SMS regulations, it's a bit undesirable for us to spend more time and effort on SMS advertising without clearer guidance.

In a world where so many of the platforms can have similar functionality, I think our experience with Attentive has stood out because of the service we get from the account side. Carrie is always supportive, proactive, and helpful. Doesn't matter if it's tactical execution or strategic planning, we know we can count on Attentive.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

We use Kalviyo for our email program, and I think they do a better job than Attentive in how they build and use segments. The Journey builder is also a bit clunkier.

Attentive is our solution for SMS/MMS, and for our list capture on site.

I like that the Attentive platform is easy to use. It also integrates well with Shopify to our knowledge, making it convenient for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Our account management experience is lacking. We have been promised reviews of our performance and strategy for almost a full year now and seen none of this from your side. Our account manager is very personable and friendly, and does offer some useful insight into SMS campaigns, but we get very little out of them in terms of improving our strategy and optimizing the channels as a whole. It's a very shortsighted relationship and when asked for long term recommendations we receive nothing. Because we were promised great things about the managed service which we haven't received.

Wish I could have more than one 2-way journey, would like to see more reporting that is similar to a typical CDP.

I love how clean the UX is, and the simplified campaign setups make it very intuitive and easy to set up both journeys and individual campaigns. The white glove service helps immensely, especially during the initial setup.

I wish the data was more robust and granular. there seems to be a lot of historical missing information on the data side of things. I also wish I could export data without needing to contact the white glove team for assistance

I really value the intuitive interface for planning journeys—it makes it easy to connect messages and review or adjust configurations seamlessly. I also appreciate the support from my CSM, who is consistently available to help with any questions or concerns.

I wish there were an option to send journeys in local time, rather than relying only on quiet hours. Being limited to quiet hours can feel restrictive, and having local-time sending within campaigns is really helpful and a great feature.

Attentive allows us to communicate with guests outside our loyalty program and within our loyalty via SMS. It’s engaging and helps drive real revenue through this separate channel.

I love how easy the interface is. It's super intuitive and makes it easy to build out emails. I also love the white glove service and how quick they are to help us.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

They have a lot of steps for security like uploading email lists that require a lot of approvals from our team each time we upload a new list and you have to do it for each list even if they sign. So you have to fill a form out for every new segment you add if it is not in the same segment. It seems like overkill to me like there could be a better way.

Attentive allows us to support our brand voice and promotions through Email and SMS. It provides more SMS support and an easier user interface for email designs.

What I appreciate most about Attentive is its user-friendly interface. Our team was able to set up automations, analyze performance, and manage campaigns efficiently, even with very little training. The platform truly seems designed with marketers' needs in mind.

Also, Attentive's customer support and partnership. Our account manager regularly shares best practices and insights that help us improve our campaigns. It feels like a true collaboration rather than just using a platform.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I would appreciate greater transparency in the analytics, especially regarding revenue attribution. It’s often unclear how Attentive determines the revenue attributed to individual SMS campaigns. Because the platform isn’t fully integrated with all of our internal sales systems, it can be challenging to confirm the source and accuracy of these figures. Improved visibility into the methods used for tracking and attributing revenue would make the reporting more trustworthy and useful.

Attentive has enabled us to connect with our customers more quickly and personally by using automated SMS campaigns. It has addressed our need for direct, measurable engagement and has also contributed to better retention and increased sales. Attentive’s onboarding was fast and easy. The UX makes it simple to create SMS journeys and campaigns, and I like being able to use AI to generate marketing-savvy content that supports A/B testing and helps drive a strong ROI. I also appreciate that Attentive has a strong compliance program, which gives me peace of mind. On top of that, I can pull meaningful customer reports easily, showing the platform’s strong performance.

The concierge program still hasn’t developed in a way that provides services aligned with our core business.

I appreciate the white-glove support from Attentive because whenever I have a question, I can reach someone through chat or account management without waiting days for a response, ensuring the experience is uninterrupted. The setup was quick, taking only a couple of hours, and it's easy to reach support when needed.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I like how the interface its simple, this way is less overwhelming for the user and it makes it very intuitive and friendly. It is very easy to see the performance of each cahannel and kampaing. The migration of data and all the integration itself was quick and easy, also the attention from the personal is quick and kind.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

The fact that the options for creating and personalizing a segments is very limited.
Not being able to hop on a call with the support team, and having to be solving everything through email.
There were things on our side that we had to implement and no one told us until it became a problem.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I really like Attentive's easy UI, which makes things simple for me. The customer success managers and support are great and helpful. I find that Attentive provides more support for myself compared to other tools I've used.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

Reporting can be limited - for example, we are mostly a subscription business and we are currently unable to filter out recurring orders from in-platform revenue data. I also wish it automatically provided a more comprehensive/editable dashboard.

I use Attentive to collect email and SMS opt-ins through optimized sign-up units. We are also able to expand our CRM reach with immediate messaging strategies via targeted campaigns and automated flows.

**What do you like best about Attentive?**

I like how easy the platform is to use. The user experience is really easy to follow. My favorite tool is the landing page builder because I can customize it very quickly and however I want. It easily integrates into our email database with a digital connection when someone sends their email.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I think the mobile version is challenging sometimes because I'm not able to adjust the space for the mobile setting. It's difficult when building a landing page because I cannot always customize all the settings the same way I can on the desktop version. On mobile styling, you cannot adjust the spacing between the lines separately, which is different from the desktop.

Attentive lets us easily run SMS campaigns, build landing pages, and collect phone numbers and emails. It's a user-friendly platform.

I use Attentive for SMS sends, and I find it to be a straightforward SMS solution for our client. We have especially appreciated the high-intent audience targeting. I like the highly customizable signup forms and the ease of setting up SMS journeys; there are additional signup form options compared to competitors. The out-of-the-box SMS journeys allow for easier initial setup. Overall, it was relatively easy to set up Attentive.

**What do you dislike about Attentive?**

I don't like the 30-day auto-attribution and the lack of ease integrating with another email platform. The attribution should be able to be changed on the user side, but in my experience, I've had to always request this change from Attentive account managers.

I like the AI suggestions in Attentive, even though I don't use them much. It's nice that it gives us all the data we need and has good forms for collecting information. The data collection is great because it helps us understand what works and how to A/B test things, and it suggests follow-ups, which is nice. Also, collecting the information works well with our Shopify site.

I'd like if it sort of integrated with Klaviyo. That would be cool. And I wish it had landing pages or things that we can send people to. That'd be awesome too if it had a drag and drop builder there.

Attentive helps with flows and automations, ensuring SMSes are sent weekly. I like its data collection, which aids in understanding what works, AB testing, and follow-ups.

I love the user interface of Attentive. The dashboard for analytics is very simple to use and provides the needed information. Attentive is a simple to use, effective platform. I think the "Dashboard" function works well. I appreciate how easy it is to see how each of your campaigns performed and the revenue they have driven. We already used Attentive to send our SMS and loved the platform. Very simple and our audience transitioned seamlessly.

I think there could be improvements in two areas with Attentive. First, there isn't a simple way to view how subscriber growth compares to different time periods. Second, it's not easy to tell which products were sold from campaign emails.
