What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive customer service is amazing and responsive. Attentive allows text message marketing to be specialized through audiences, emojis and videos/pictures. They also use AI to help give suggestions to maximize ROAS and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

What do you like best about Attentive?

What do you like best about Attentive?

The customer support team at Attentive is truly best in class. They are always available to help us work through strategies to maximize the tool and have also helped us with techniques to make sure we stay within our project budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attentive?

I like how the interface its simple, this way is less overwhelming for the user and it makes it very intuitive and friendly. The migration of data and all the integration itself was quick and easy, also the attention from the personal is exceptional if we had some doubts or trouble with something they help right away. What do you like best about Attentive?

The onboarding was seamless and really fast. They provide white glove service and premium customer support to allow easy implementation and integration of the system with Shopify and Klaviyo email. The reporting is easy to navigate and get key data points for leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attentive?

I recommend using in line with their email service to get the best experience. Having Klaviyo as email and Attentive SMS results in a lot of manual reporting and workflow management that could be made easier with using Attentive for both SMS and Email. The other thing to consider for Attentive is the Concierge module. It initially worked well for us when we used it during the holidays but it was prone to incorrect responses and not a lot of options to correct it as needed. What do you like best about Attentive?

I love that the platform is so user friendly and straight forward with a lot of different and diverse capabilities. It was easy to set up and get running despite having a small team and complex integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive has provided us great tools in launching our SMS program for a 90+ restaurant brand. We are able to reach customers in new ways and segment based on the top-notch data that Attentive provides. SMS with Attentive will only become a larger part of our business as we move forward.
