Attentive has been a game-changer for our marketing efforts. The account team support is absolutely top-notch. From strategy suggestions to technical support, I feel like I have a whole extra team guiding us. I do feel like some of the capabilities are lacking, especially with pop ups. I feel like other platforms have stronger capabilities with triggering in cart or repeat site visitor targeted modals that don't require custom built cookies. Attentive gives us a unique approach to communicate with customers and increase retention. We've seen a huge boost leveraging the platform that hasn't detracted from our email marketing. The support team is great, implementation is a smooth process, and the platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use. AI feature is great, adding a follow up message onto and being able to segment this based on active/inactive users is cost effective for us. Reporting has imrpved over the last 12 months. The ability to send messages out quick. The customer support Rebekah has given us has been great, she is very familiar with the platform. The interface is simple and easy to use as well. The pricing seems to be a bit harder to understand vs email. It's hard to understand exactly how much is being spent every time a message gets sent out. I use 5-7 platforms a day for work so don't have much time to memorize all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very easy-to-use tool as it is very intuitive, you can create segments in minutes and they have a very good conversion rate, also the abandoned cart flow has very good results as the user receives the message immediately. Onboarding was generally painless and the pricing seems very reasonable. The interfacing for sending SMS messages is very easy to use, especially compared to the email-sending tools I am used to (albiet text messages are a much simpler format to to work with). There is good analytics available in the platform and I am able to see nearly everything I would want to see (messages, costs, conversion rates). Other notables is their robust sign up system and link tracking functions (every text gets unique trackable links). One of the reasons I went with Attentive is that they have done a lot of work to make sure everything is on the legal up-and-up which is important as text messaging regulations can be messy. Communication can sometimes be spotty and the platform is still being actively developed so you may run across instances of "we are working on that", "we hope we will have a solution for that soon", or "that use case isn't supported yet". I do genu9inely believe they are working on getting all the functionality implemented, but if you plan to do advanced integrations and custom code just be aware.
