Attention has helped to remove the tideous admin work by generating extremely accurate information for each necessary field in SFDC. In addtion to this, I've been able to create my sponsor letter template with the ability for Attention to generate pain points as bullets for that email. This has saved a ton of time post calls. The Attention team is currently working on a way to allow team members to access other team members call recordings and populate their own notes (ex: AE bot notetaker is in the call but the BDR can use that same recording to generate BDR fields, like BANT). I'm a CSM and have been using Attention for a few weeks now. The call insights feature is incredibly helpful and makes it easier to capture important information during calls. I love how it automatically generates bullet points based on what I'm saying, so I don't have to go back and look at the recap. The integration with Zoom is also great and makes it easy to start and join calls. I recently started using Attention for our meetings and I'm loving it. It's been really helpful in quickly populating our CRM prompts and generating post-meeting emails. The insights feature is also great for getting summaries, objections, and risks. I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use and I'd definitely recommend it to other sales teams.
