"Streamlines CRM Management with Effective Deal Scoring"
What do you like best about Attention?

I find deal scoring and coaching to be the most valuable aspects of Attention. It really understands what information our sellers need to uncover in order to increase our win rates. Having all this information pre-populated in Salesforce makes preparation extremely streamlined. Attention is incredibly versatile, catering to the diverse needs of different users such as our customer support team who use it in a completely different manner. The team behind Attention is awesome, delivering on very large asks during the evaluation and onboarding period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

The odd time Attention will pull data for the wrong account but that could also be an issue with our CRM data. Usually a quick prompt change to be more specific fixes the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mike! Thank you so much for the review, getting sellers back to selling is our OG focus and we're proud to be part of the stack! Love to hear that we're being used across teams, and always happy to improve our product and workflows to make things even more seamless. Really appreciate the partnership and the thoughtful feedback.

"Efficient Call Analysis, Time Saver!"
What do you like best about Attention?

I really appreciate how Attention helps surface the exact moments and calls where the prospect reveals pain points, objections, or buying signals, so I don't have to rewatch entire recordings. The biggest value for me is being able to quickly jump directly into the important parts of a call, like when the prospect mentioned those pain points or next steps, which saves a lot of time when reviewing deals. Preparing for follow-ups and internal alignment is much easier with the outputs, which I use to prepare follow-up emails, internal updates, next step planning, and forecast notes. I find the ability to turn calls into transcripts extremely helpful, as it allows me to create structured deal intelligence, and I use the copy transcript feature 100% of the time to identify the stakeholders, budget timeline signals, technical requirements, and objections. I'm also very happy with the searching capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I'm very happy overall with searching. I think what could be improved is separating calls into folders. Although there's a capability there, but you have to constantly go back and even though it can identify to your CRM what the account is tied to or what deal it's tied to. Creating a company contact folder automatically, that would be super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks you so much Scott!

Jumping straight to the moments that matter without rewatching entire calls is exactly the workflow we designed for, really glad it's saving you time on deal reviews and follow-up prep. In some other platforms, tags exist but have to be applied manually -- which kinda misses the point!

On the folder organization, totally fair and well articulated. Automatic company/contact folder creation is a great shout and going straight to the product team.
