We connected our ERP and Online e-commerce website using APPSeCONNECT. We are delighted with the connection software APPSeCONNECT provided to automate the inventory, item, and customer sync from ERP (Sage 300) to Shopify and vice versa. In the implementation we feel that it took a long time, also to correct the errors that appeared during the tests took a long time, and finally, the scope of the implementation was not 100% as agreed in the negotiation stage of the purchase of the solution. We have only been using APPSECONNECT in the production environment for a short time, there have been some errors, but they have been resolved. A situation that arose and affected us a lot was that APPSECONNECT used a lot of resources from our SAP server when making the connection, We were recommended to increase the connection time, but we did not agree because our users need to quickly see the data in SAP to continue with the sales process, we had to investigate and based on the experience of another colleague, he recommended that we request that the version be updated of the APPSECONNECT connector, we did it and since then we have not experienced any problem.
