Celigo Integrator.io is easy to use and provides us with a number of features that enables any product to be integrated to another through APIs, ODBC, or via an agent. The implemention was simple to complete, and it was a vital component to our successful migration from our legacy ERP to a new ERP. Celigo's customer support is fantastic, and they provide an extensive library of training materials that enable you to go from a novice to an expert without any additional investment. Celigo is a very approachable integrator.

You do not even know to have script knowledge (Json) as there are many options inside the tool to easily understand where the errors are, categorize a resolve the different errors from (in case of my company) -

ERP - WMS

The visualization of the script and data flows is not very intuitive and there are not customization options.

The customer support consist in two aspects:

- The creation of cases

- The resolution of issues that have happened to others

Some key solutions didn't have out of the box connectors ready, but they keep iterating. Its easier than some alternatives to use, but it can still require a lot of depth of expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the vast amount of integrations they have available. It's easy to implement in your own environment even when you have on-prem servers. It is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate once creating a flow. Their training was very thorough and useful. We had submitted a few tickets to their support team and they have been very helpful, quick to response and friendly. We have several integrations running daily now. While Celigo Integrator.io is highly user-friendly and versatile, its pricing can be a bit steep for smaller businesses or startups. We had some initial learning curve issues...but have not had any specific issues with Celigo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most things I like about Celigo are:

1.User Friendly: the platform is easy to learn and use. Additionally, it's helpful when it comes to celigo university you can expand your knowledge to gain some certifications.

2.cost effective: when it comes to subscription, celigo provided you with a flexible cost regarding the integrations either custom integration or prebuilt integration.

3.Responsive support: Celigo support is the best at all i worked on many other platform as a devoloper but Celigo support is very good when it comes to a bug or any other issues, they make sure that the issue is resolved before closing the ticket.

4.Flixible platforme: Celigo offers multiple solutions accross their platform, you could use prebuilt app, Template or more advanced and flexible option which is custimiazation the integration or what we called custom flow, where you can build the most complicated projects. While Celigo is a powerful integration platform, it's important to consider a few things.Celigo offers two main app types: pre-built templates (standard apps) and custom apps. Standard apps occasionally have issues (Ex:Products flows) that may take some time for the Celigo team to resolve. This is because Celigo prioritizes comprehensive platform updates to minimize disruptions for all users.It's worth noting that these resolution times typically does not affect the whole integartion. The speed to value. Being able to get an integration up and running quickly is esential when providing the business value of data integration. With Celigo, one can start transferring data from one system to another with little or no programming knowledge, It has support for JavaScript language to modify the data coming from or going to another system. We can connect various CRM, ERP, Ecommerce platforms like WooCommerce, NetSuite, Ship Station, Salesforce, Amazon and lot more. One can also decide to automate the running of flow by scheduling them as per their needs. It also has support for handlebars to reduce the need of coding for simple conditions like dividing the number, getting absolute value, loop through different objects, arrays. It also has branching feature with which one can send data to multiple system from one or more systems.
