Celigo is a very user‑friendly integration platform. You don’t need any scripting knowledge (such as JSON), because the tool offers numerous built‑in features that make it easy to pinpoint errors, classify them, and resolve each type efficiently. In our company, this has been especially helpful for integrations between the ERP and the WMS, as well as between the ERP and bank payment systems.
It’s also quite cost‑effective. Once you have several flows running, you can continue expanding and adding new data integrations—even with different stakeholders—since most WMS solutions operate similarly and rely on EDI connections.
Overall, it feels like a universal language. Both the Celigo platform and its training resources are extremely intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The visualization of scripts and data flows isn’t very intuitive, and the platform offers limited customization options.
Customer support generally focuses on two main areas:
Submitting support cases
Providing solutions based on issues previously experienced by other users
At times, receiving direct and personalized assistance can take a couple of hours—not terrible, but still an opportunity for enhancement.
Suggestions for improvement:
Develop a more intuitive, customizable interface for viewing and managing scripts and data flows.
Offer advanced visualization tools (e.g., drag‑and‑drop mapping, flow diagrams, or color‑coded logic paths).
Expand customer support to include faster response times and real‑time chat options.
Provide more proactive guidance rather than relying mainly on previously reported issues.
Improve documentation with step‑by‑step examples and interactive troubleshooting guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
