"Celigo, a greta integrator with a University Lab inside it."
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is a very user‑friendly integration platform. You don’t need any scripting knowledge (such as JSON), because the tool offers numerous built‑in features that make it easy to pinpoint errors, classify them, and resolve each type efficiently. In our company, this has been especially helpful for integrations between the ERP and the WMS, as well as between the ERP and bank payment systems.

It’s also quite cost‑effective. Once you have several flows running, you can continue expanding and adding new data integrations—even with different stakeholders—since most WMS solutions operate similarly and rely on EDI connections.

Overall, it feels like a universal language. Both the Celigo platform and its training resources are extremely intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The visualization of scripts and data flows isn’t very intuitive, and the platform offers limited customization options.

Customer support generally focuses on two main areas:

Submitting support cases

Providing solutions based on issues previously experienced by other users

At times, receiving direct and personalized assistance can take a couple of hours—not terrible, but still an opportunity for enhancement.

Suggestions for improvement:

Develop a more intuitive, customizable interface for viewing and managing scripts and data flows.

Offer advanced visualization tools (e.g., drag‑and‑drop mapping, flow diagrams, or color‑coded logic paths).

Expand customer support to include faster response times and real‑time chat options.

Provide more proactive guidance rather than relying mainly on previously reported issues.

Improve documentation with step‑by‑step examples and interactive troubleshooting guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My go-to for all enterprise-level integrations!"
What do you like best about Celigo?

I love integrator.io and it's ease of use, error management, and extensibility. Also, the customer support is always prompt and nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The logs aren't running all the time. Anytime a bug surfaces, I have to go activate the logs for 45-60 minutes. Then I have find a way to reproduce the error, in production, then check the logs for details. However, this is only a slight inconvenience, and the logs are still ROBUST, so all good in the end. "Intuitive Shopify to NetSuite Integration even for non-IT people!"
What do you like best about Celigo?

I am not an IT person, but the integration to NetSuite is intuitive and easy to use. We've been using Celigo as our NetSuite connector for 3 years and the performance is smooth and intelligent. When I get stuck, the tech support is exceptional and very timely. Pricing for our small implementation is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The only complaint is that we are too small to utilize all of the capabilities of even the base offering of Celigo so I feel I sometime pay for unused capabilities. It is still the most cost-effective option for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining Integrations Made Simple"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo allows seamless data flow between multiple endpoints while giving full flexibility to format and transform the data as needed. This significantly reduces manual work and eliminates data inconsistencies.

The real-time data synchronization is a huge advantage. It helps businesses operate faster and ensures clients always see accurate and up-to-date information. The platform is also highly flexible whether using prebuilt templates or adding custom scripts, it adapts well to complex business requirements.

Another thing I truly appreciate is the security and reliability of the platform. When dealing with critical business data, having a secure and stable integration tool builds a lot of confidence.

Overall, Celigo is not just a data migration tool it’s a powerful, scalable integration platform that simplifies complex processes and improves operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

At this stage, I don’t have any notable criticisms of Celigo. The platform has performed reliably and has provided the tools we need to manage our integrations efficiently. It has been consistent in terms of performance and functionality, and it continues to meet our operational requirements. "How Celigo Simplified Our NetSuite Integrations"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo's integration platform is very user friendly and simple to use and even users with little Celigo knowledge can easily do the connections and mappings. Their pre-built integration platforms for most commonly used systems are easy to implement. Celigo also has templates for doing customizations if the requirement doesn't fit in the prebuilt integration app.

Celigo provides a great Customer Support. They promptly help you to give guidance at every stage and also when you have issues with existing integrations. Overall Celigo is used daily in our business to streamline operations and improve productivity. It helped our business to achieve our goals faster. We are using Celigo for all of our integrations such as Shopify, multiple Amazon accounts, eBay, Tiktok and Walmart Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

We still have some minor error handling issues. Some of the error messages doesn't have the proper details, which causing our users to spend more time investigating and fixing them. Moslty on Shopify refunds error messages we get when the sales order is closed. We have to manually verify each order and resolve errors. And also Celigo does not support Kit refunds. "A practical solution for system integration"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Using Celigo has been a smooth experience overall. It’s easy to move around the platform and understand what’s happening in your integrations. Setting things up doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not deeply technical. Most connections between systems can be configured without much hassle.

Getting started is fairly quick, and there are ready-made options available that help you connect common systems without building everything from scratch. Making changes to a flow is also straightforward, and you can adjust how data moves between systems without needing extensive training.

From an admin point of view, monitoring integrations and fixing errors is manageable. When something fails, it’s usually easy to find where the issue happened and retry the process after correcting it. The platform also allows room for more advanced adjustments when business requirements get more complex.

Overall, Celigo feels practical and dependable for day-to-day integration work. It supports both simple and more detailed setups without making things unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Nothing specific — it’s an easy-to-use and efficient platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Celigo is its low-code interface and overall flexibility. It makes it easy to build, manage, and monitor even complex integrations between systems like NetSuite, Shopify, and SAP Concur with minimal effort, while still giving you the option for advanced customization when you need it.

They significantly reduce implementation time and help standardize best practices, which is especially valuable for growing businesses that want reliable, scalable integrations without starting from scratch. "Best iPaaS we’ve used for ERP and SaaS automation"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is one of the most powerful and flexible iPaaS platforms we’ve worked with. The combination of prebuilt connectors, highly configurable integration flows, strong error handling, and real-time monitoring makes it ideal for complex B2B automation. It scales well from simple syncs to enterprise-grade integrations, and the platform gives both technical teams and business users good visibility into what’s happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some advanced use cases require a deeper technical understanding, especially when building custom flows, handling edge cases, or working with complex APIs. The UI can feel overwhelming for new users, and debugging large integrations could be improved with more developer-style tooling. Pricing can also be a consideration for smaller organizations compared to lightweight automation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love it if there was a way to take orders that are Entered by Sales persons in NetSuite to be able to show inside of BigCommerce? Or perhaps a Flow Integration from NetSuite to "AfterShip" which handles all of the shipping notifications?
