We have an apparently rather complex set of requirements connecting our WooCommerce website to our SAP inventory and order management system.
As a result, it has taken quite a while to get everything to sync the way we want it. The techs at APPSeCONNECT have been patient and professional at every step to accommodate our custom requirements and never hesitate to get on the problem and provide a speedy result. We've used APPSeCONNECT for a few different sites now, and apart from the occasional teething issues with new implementations, it's always been a rock-solid experience.
With clear error logs and an easy-to-use UI, it is straightforward to see when data sync runs into issues.

My biggest dislike of APPSeCONNECT was the inability to see the sync logic, but with the new APPSeCONNECT portal updates, there is much better transparency.

1. APPSeCONNECT is a next generation integration platform. It has the capability of connecting various business applications in a very short span of time.
2. The end client can also do the integration by themselves with training on the mapping.
3. With the Cloud infrastructure that APPSeCONNECT brings in, you do not need to provide a separate integration server for the application installation ( provided all your business applications are cloud hosted).

1. I would not say dislike, but sometimes the implementation timeline may take longer than anticipated based on the complexity of the business requirement.
