Working with Rajdeep Mandal, MD Riaz and Sakshi Singh has been very good. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up. Sakshi is great at developing new processes and has a great understanding of how the system works to meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The fact that we need to use different versions of Appseconnect
2. The fact that we had to identify issue with shopify api change oureself, and that APPSECONNECTtried to let us solve this issue ourself

The platform allows customization to very business-specific requirements. As long as it is available via an API it can be synced and transformed.

While it is good to be able to hand off the complex setup work to APPSeCONNECT instead of trying to do it ourselves, it would be nice to be able to see the details of the data-flows from the admin portal (although I believe this may be coming).
Also, it's important to have a detailed plan for field mapping and process flows between applications when starting the project. Don't expect a standard, out-of-the-box, integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
