The high amount of resource usage the appseconnect processes command on our server after running for an extended time period. We avoid this by routinely restarting all of the processes but wish it was more streamlined so less human interaction was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about working with APPSeConnect is that they are willing to work with you to help troubleshoot the issues within the sync logic. Pricing is fair. You can get creative about how you want to structure your data sync. If you can articulate exactly how you want the sync to work and articulate all the exceptions to the rules, then you'll be happy with the service and price. Some drawbacks like time zone differences and staying on top of their support team are a little troublesome. I believe their staff has too many companies to manage under their belt. For example, I noticed a UI change on their portal and some functions stopped working for us (probably from quite a few companies as well). Using the AppsEconnect we are saving time from manually handling data between our website and our ERP system. Our customers are experiencing shorter lead time and they now have access to updated data about our products.

I have been experiencing that features sometimes don't work, and sync time can be too long, and I have difficulties in locating the failures.

I can't say there is anything I like about AppsEconnect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are non responsive. It took them two years to get our tracking numbers from shopify to sync correctly. This is basic stuff. It took them 3 months to fix a simple address syncing problem. I would check in on them frequently and they would simply ignore me. In my opinion it is less work to manually enter the orders than it is to try and work with these folks. In the middle of the two years it took to get the tracking number fixed, they informed me a price increase on their product of more than 100%. They stated it was because they were doing such a good job. I pointed out what a horrible job they were actualy doing and they were only willing to lower the price slightly. It's still much higher than they sold me in the begining. So I have to deal with terrible customer service and they jack up the price. I should have picked a differnt vendor.
