2) Ticketing system and Appseconnect portal help the customer work efficiently.

What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

It is quite effective in syncing the various applications. It allows for ease of usage when team members are not physically in the office. Additionally the integration consumer end to the business end has been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although customer service is usually pleasant and easy to work with, from time to time it can take a little long to get on to customer service or to deal with an issue where urgency might be at hand as it is a real time problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
