Mit anny ermöglichen wir unser flexibel Arbeitskonzept. Jeder Mitarbeiter & externe Partner / Kunde kann sich ein Tisch an zwei Standorten buchen. Dazu können Services (MIttagessen, Coaching/Mentoring, Dienstleistungen, etc.) gebucht werden. Dazu müssen wir uns nicht um den Zahlungsverkehr / Abbrechnung kümmern. The anny calendar is incredibly user-friendly and saves me a lot of time managing my appointments. The intuitive interface makes it easy to create and edit events without any hassle. I particularly like how seamlessly it integrates with existing systems and its flexibility to manage different time zones and calendar options. What do you like best about anny?

I use anny for a small co-working space for women "the.artists". It is wonderful that I can freely decide what I offer, rent out, and which pricing and subscription models are set up - with anny, I can adjust all of this flexibly. Many automations make it easy for me to manage and offer the space. For example, hourly contingents are automatically billed over a certain time period. The range of functions already offered in the free version is very good. The tool is largely self-explanatory and easy to learn. There is good support for any questions that arise. What do you like best about anny?

Why we integrated it into our club was the free feature. We had 1 Padel Court when i was searching for a booking solution and anny covered our 100 free bookings monthly perfectly. Now we have 2 Padel courts and have upgraded to accomodate for payment and a bigger demand. The success of the product speaks for itself, the tennis department have now approached me and asked if we can include the tennis courts. With the implementation I had a few small issues and had contact with Christina S from anny. I really feel like a valued customer although our payments are not massive I just want to thank you Christina for making the effort. I haven't received a professional service that can compare for many years now. I must also compilment you on your AI (KI) chat assistent. It really works and most of my initial problems were resolved quickly. Again, you have mastered your AI feature and with that I can only praise you for an amazing product, combined with highly efficient, professional and friendly support where no other product comes close for the feature to price ratio. What do you like best about anny?

anny is, as an end-user, easy to use.

The possibility to use an office map with desks is very helpful. You can see, at a glance, who has reserved which desk.

Integration into our company, after going live, was fast and nearly without any questions.

The number of e-mails sent (if you do not disable that) is abnormally high.

What do you like best about anny?

The best is that we can lower resources at any moment. Also we like the part of the Subscriptions and memeberships. Another point is the easy to book for the customers, no sign up needed.

The part of the chat support is super helpful, they have an AI that help you out with basic guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about anny?

The worst part is that they don't manage Reports and give you monthly or yearly information about it. Also, it lacks a better Discount Code system or referral programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can book almost anything and it offers plenty of additional functions: calendar sync, billing, online payments, etc.
