What do you like best about Amperity?

Data unification, collecting user data from different channels into one profile, as this provides a complete and accurate view of user behavior and preferences. The data analytics tools help companies stay on trend and identify trends for decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amperity?

Costs, learning curve, dependence on third parties, and I am concerned about privacy and information leakage that may exist. I am not saying that it does, but I am saying that it may exist. For this, they must comply with privacy regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

The database is solid and the amperity_id logic has proven time and time again to be a reliable customer identity resolution solution that is fairly easy to use. We love the granularity of the interface. We love being able to get down to the nitty gritty details regarding process flow and we also like being able to get hands on with the core database definitions. What do you dislike about Amperity?

Still some work to be done in the way of automated alerts when processes need attention. The tool is robust and easy enough to use but there's a very fine line between allowing clients to have full control and reserving specific project types to be run start to finish by the amperity team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

The continued engagement from the team. It's clear they are experts in their field whether that be in Sales, Engineering or CRM Analysis. The tool itself is very well designed with a user friendly UI. The transparency of the data processing is the best i've seen and it's made implementation and integration much easier. What do you dislike about Amperity?

The only downside for us was the handover from a pilot project to full implementation. That wasn't as smooth as expected but the team at Amperity did lean in and address the issues. Timezones can be challenging too but as they build out a UK footprint this will improve I expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

The ease of customer segmentation with different attributes.

No coding is needed to segment the users into different category. And one of the best part is we can send these segmented users directly into SFMC as a New DE and can use directly in Email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amperity?

The Knowledge transfer after implemented was little tough. The documentation and training wasnt sufficient enough. Have to dig through and understand.

Request to add more training sessions for "New joinees" for the accounts they have implemented to use the tool more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

Amperity's flexabilty and connetvity capabilities which is core to its ability to support marketing personalization and customer analysis & insights. Amperity can be updated and modified so readily the only thing we have that slows it down is our own data infrastrucres limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amperity?

Their GDPR and CCPA compliance solution works well for incremental data builds but is not very functional for our full daily DB creation. It could use some more options to support this use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

I like how the platform/interface is straight forward and easy to navigate. It makes it easier to learn and use on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

- pre built structures and functions - reduces design time and iterations

- unambiguous and up-to-date documentation on data structures and functions

- ML based "stitch" function to merge customer records

- availability of scripting/SQL so that user/implementation team is not hamstrung

- easily viewable error logging so that process status is transparent and easy to understand

- competent and responsive amperity side implementation team (based on 1 implementation expereince!)

- sandbox feature for development and deployment

What do you dislike about Amperity?

- "stitch" function needs to be more stable - to be able to use amperity id as a stable customer id - need to ensure that (1) customers are not moved between amperity ids and (2) same customer is not assigned to multiple amperity ids.

- sometimes high data volume results in process failure and jobs hanging

- sometimes audience build processes hang due to high volume

What do you like best about Amperity?

Pioneers in Stitch through Propreitary, patented ML based probablistic models that truely brings customer records from different systems of records and provides an unified view of customer. What do you like best about Amperity?

It's one of the best analytics CDP, the data models are very refined and it even integrates well in our ad tech ecosystem. Insights are in real time and the SCV profiles that it creates are highly accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
