Some of the predictive analytics are on longer time frames than we often find usable. would be great to see things like likelihood to buy in a shorter time frame than 365 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

Stitch works well and it is easy to setup orchestrations to send data to destinations. I like my account team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amperity?

Queries take a long time to execute relative to Snowflake running identical code. DB Gen runs a different version of SQL which is painful when moving from QA to production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

Better visibility into Customer Cluster and all the facets that make up the customer... The insights from the cluster have helped us optimize the data we ingest to tweak the quality of the customer clusters formed within Amperity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amperity?

While the probabilistic matching algorithms are good, it would have been helpful if the deterministic matching could also be configured into the stitching process using customer handles that we already know as linked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amperity?

The Amperity environment is simple and it takes only moments to research customers and view their component data. The ML models not only prevent over-consolidation, but also break apart existing over-consolidated customers. Amperity has quality off-the-shelf solutions for many marketing & retailer needs, but the team was also eager to help when I needed customization. Provides a unified view of customer behaviour across Endeavour retail drinks brands. Customer, loyalty and transaction data from BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Langton’s, Cellarmasters and Jimmy Brings is stitched and aggregated to create an Endeavour drinks profile for each individual customer.

The SME Depth and reliable ownership demonstrated on mutual objectives have instilled a sense of comfort. This typically sets in after years into the partnership, which we seem to have reached earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deterministic associations where present, do not seem to have a bearing in the Clusterin, with only the PII based matching determining it.

Data cleansing gaps in PII (where labeled as VOID / Fraud / Null) could be detected and flagged by Amperity, instead of assigning AmpIDs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
