Flight booking was super convenient, the app even flags flights which are within your company's travel expense policy. So no worries to not get the full price paid by the employer. Almost as easy as "in the old days" when we just had to send an email to our HR department, who then arranged the entire business trip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know if this was just an exception, but the booking number shown in Egencia app did not work in my Lufthansa app for checking-in. Egencia bills me for canceled trips, does not refund and prices for e.g. hotel bookings, are more then twice as high compared to if you would book yourself, directly on the hotel website or any giving booking site, like booking.com, trivago and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
