The dashboard and wallboard options are great for micromanagement. The power dialer is another excellent addition to Aloware, and it allows us to maneuver through tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The loading times. The phone option is bug with connection problem. Sometimes the dialer or the soft phone makes glitches such as features that are not functioning during call. Example: VMdrop or Blind Transfer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little bit expensive for many companies needs, however those that need it for robo dialing will get return on investment fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The quality for the calls, how easy it is to navigate through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there should be more commands that you can assign through your keyboard, so you don't have to be clicking so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Aloware is how easy it is to use and the integration with our other technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aloware is a software that suits certain peoples needs. It integrates with Hubspot which is a nice feature, and it allows for calling, texting, and switched line usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aloware has many great features and has good ideas. There are departments it works better for, but as a whole organization, it has flaws that make it hard to use. Aside from the glitches, software issues, and lack of fixes, it falls short in so many product areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It syncs up with Hubspot and tracks leads and contact information really well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For how big our company is, it's difficult to scan through all the messages to find the ones for my user specifically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is pretty easy to use and intuitive. You don't need a lot of instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, I find that the phone app is easier to use than the website and would prefer the same features from the phone app on the website, such as free dialing without entering a contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aloware is decent enough to allow me to place my calls I need to for work. It can dial well and connect me with people I am calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aloware has made a large amount of updates in the last while and they have all been for the worse. The recent updates have made it harder of an app to use, and the functionality as well is not as good as old versions. I would rather have working versions that don't look as pretty, than a aesthetic version of something I can't use well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
