Ability to call out of Hubspot
Ability to text out of Hubspot
Can use a Chrome extension, desktop app, or Web based app in another tab.
Haven't had a single customer complain about low voice quality (Unlike Dialpad.)
Way more features than other Hubspot phone systems we have tried
They do an awesome job of working on the product based on your suggestions (They listen.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The web app can look overwhelming, and messy to regular sales reps who don't need the same level of analytics & functionality
The design could use a bit of an update - Not as "pretty" as some other phone systems
I do wish they had Voice to Transcript capability. But they're so awesome at adding features, next time I talk to them, I will mention it, and I bet they will build it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Telling the unhelpful sales representative to cancel our account and to consider a more ethical place of employment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complete waste of time. Horrible platform, unethical sales team, and even worse support. They will say your use case is possible, but you wont be able to actually build your use case in the free trial. They will assure you it's possible, and all you need to do is pay for the subscription to get access to the needed features. Once you have paid you'll spend hours trying to make your dialer work, just to find out that Aloware is not actually built to be a full dialer with call cadence capabilities. I recommend looking at JustCall, or AutoReach. Aloware support will argue and refuse you a refund, they won't review the recorded meetings, they won't read your hours of dialog with support trying to make the platform work, they will refuse all accountability and charge your card regardless of their carelessness. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of worthy dialers to chose from, don't make the mistake I did, and steer clear of Aloware! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using Aloware for a year now, and it’s a great tool for businesses to stay connected with customers through calls, text messages, and automation. It’s easy to use and works well with other systems like CRM tools, Go High Level, and Zapier. Some of its best features are the auto-dialer, text campaigns, call tracking, and the ability to park calls. The AI integration helps unify platforms, making it even more powerful.
While I’ve had some issues with the platform, they’ve always worked to resolve them. However, it’s worth noting that some problems take a little more time to fix. Even though the response isn’t always immediate, they find a solution. I also appreciate that you can use multiple lines, making it easier to handle a high volume of calls. The technology is advanced, and it’s definitely a tool that can help businesses improve their communication and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Aloware is a powerful tool, there are a few aspects that could be improved. One issue is that some support requests can take a bit longer to resolve than expected. Although the support team always works to find solutions, the response time for more complex problems can sometimes be slower. Additionally, while the platform offers many features, the user interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users, especially when trying to integrate with other systems. Despite these challenges, the overall functionality and flexibility of Aloware still make it a valuable tool for businesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrates with Hubspot. Reporting is top tier. Lots of transparency and integrations. If you want to know who and how is everyone using Aloware, it provides plenty of data for reporting. Has a chat feature that will have an agent respond to you within seconds to give you an answer to any questions or updates on the status of the service. Agents will also follow up if they haven't resolved any current issues. Full of potential, especially with the UI and the optimization! Looking forward to the updates.
Relative straightforward and easy to use in Hubspot but not. Customer support is readily available (responds in minutes) and has good follow-up via response live chat or email.
My Sales Discovery team uses Aloware frequently and daily. Power dialer helps with going through numbers. Texting has vastly improved since the last integration - has more options than ever before. Texting suite and integration allows for images/gifs URLs, very important with our clientele. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Randomly breaks with no warning.
Constant updates are great. But drastically changes the sequence of your personal process. (Clicks per minute may have increased since the last update).
Minimum customization for users. UI needs work but can be remedied with future updates. Status updates a roadmap on upcoming features and maybe a calendar for maintenance and downtime to be more apparent so users can work around the downtime.
Inconsistent quality of integration with Hubspot. (sometimes it works well, sometimes it glitches and bugs ex: hangs on calls and dials, Moving on to the next contact to call, and calls the previous contact instead) << wasn't a known issue in the last update. It’s a great platform that offers multiple lines in a single account. You can park calls, send SMS, emails, documents, and receive notifications. You can use the desktop app or the mobile app on your phone to see your client notifications at all times. They also have a power dialer, which is easy to use and allows you to make calls faster. You can upload contact lists or add them manually. You can also adjust your settings with Zapier and Go High Level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t like about Aloware is that sometimes the support team may stop responding to an issue if it’s not common among other clients, and they don’t provide a prompt solution. For configuring some complex settings, they send you a link to a step-by-step guide in their knowledge base. Sometimes they assist you via Zoom, although their support has improved recently. However, you have to follow up on your ticket if they don’t respond, instead of them providing the follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is straightforward and pretty easy to use. We use it in our services department every day. It has all the IVR features you would expect. It was easy to integrate, even alongside a current phone system. The onboarding team at Aloware was good at answering any questions I had during implementation. The HubSpot integration is pretty good but it has it's flaws that I will explain in the dislike section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you experience issues and contact their support, they will ask you to do all of the basic stuff, like updating, killing the program, etc., and it can get a little frustrating because that fixes it, but it's not a long-term fix and doesn't usually get down to the root cause.
Sometimes they get to bugs right away and other times there are bugs that don't get addressed for weeks. They do seem open to feature requests and product development. The biggest downfall with the HubSpot integration is not automatically associating the call when you make the call from a ticket, it only associates it to the contact so there's extra steps to get it associated properly. They are working on it as a feature but it's been two months since I requested it and I haven't gotten an ETA. They claim to be a native integration to HubSpot and it does seem that way but the autoassociating works for HubSpot calling so I'm not sure why Aloware is behind on this feature knowing it's a native feature with HubSpot.
I would probably bump my recommendation from a 7 to a 10 if they were quicker with their bug fixes and got some of these important feature requests completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aloware is great for remote sales teams. I have members in different cities and countries and it was super easy to set up and use. The Wallboard is super easy to interpret to understand how my team is performing and I can get metrics on the whole team or filter to specific people and their metrics. For those who are not using the powerdialer I do think they can improve the GUI to make it easier to make calls and receive them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it works seamlessly with HubSpot and that I can call directly from the account profile. I like that I can also listen in on other people's calls. Makes training way better and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whenever anyone calls, It never rings through on my computer; I know this is a feature, and I have gotten help multiple times to get it set up right, but it still doesn't work. I have to wait till I get an email saying someone called, and then I have to call them back. Sometimes I can hear it ringing in my headset, but I cannot accept the call. I also hate that i can't text people directly from HubSpot. I have to go into alloware to send texts. The dashboard is also so confusing and has way too much irrelevant data. I want to see my conversations and my texts with my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The text feature is great, calling out with local numbers to connect with prospects is nice and overall navigation is pretty seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not always notify you when a text reply comes in or put a notification next to the contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a phone dialer that you can use many numbers on and local presence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cant have multiple instances running and recieve calls it will just go to vm. Seems to get stuck often. Just not great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the features are also helpful and we can also tag people and all the calls are being recorded. It is also user-friendly, we are able to use all the important features of the application. When it was first introduced to our team, we are able to use this as Customer support. Ease of Integration and Ease of Implementation. We frequently use this in a daily basis. Sometimes it is lagged and crashes when it is being used for too long but the technical support team is really responsive when it comes to reporting issues to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
