What do you like best about AiSDR?

The setup of the AiSDR system was very easy and their support team was quick to answer any questions. I really appreciated the way AiSDR sources leads directly from ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. That is a huge time and money saver. AiSDR booked calls for us on the first day of campaign kickoff, and the follow-up inquiries delivered bookings as well. I was impressed with how well AiSDR delivered results. The AI prompts for the email content worked remarkably well and sounded very human--with just enough personal details without over doing it. What do you like best about AiSDR?

AiSDR delivers exactly what it promises—AI-driven outreach over email and LinkedIn. Been using it for about 6 weeks now. The ability to craft prompts that control how the tool engages on my behalf has been a game-changer.

I’ve been particularly impressed with the team’s responsiveness over Slack and their commitment to rolling out new features quickly. The HubSpot integration works very well, making it easy to manage and track outreach efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

While AiSDR is a solid tool, it still feels like it’s in its early stages. I sometimes find pretty basic features that are missing. That said, it’s a very good value for the money, and the tool is clearly improving over time.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

We were facing challenges in building a scalable and repeatable cold email outreach process due to limited time and resources. That's what led us to try AiSDR. On the very first day we launched a campaign, we booked our first meeting. It was an incredible feeling to receive a Calendly invite from a top executive at a large company without much effort.

What I like:

+The AiSDR team set up new email inboxes for us and took care of warming them up.

+They helped us tune the AI to match the tone we wanted for our messaging.

+The biggest advantage for us is the consistency AiSDR brings to our outreach. We can target 10s or 100s of people, select the number of follow-ups, and then simply let it run on autopilot.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

+ The AI-generated emails don’t always match our expectations, but to be fair, the AI has been more successful at booking meetings than we were with our own emails!

What do you like best about AiSDR?

The customer support/experience is phenomenal.

The team will create a chat channel to talk through questions, updates and best practices and they respond to this channel almost instantly.

When it comes to any tasks related to an AiSDR project - the team is usually waiting for something from me, rather than the other way around.

We have tried a few alternatives in this space and AiSDR is the solution that we chose - they yield results and ensure that the tool is used to its capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

There is no guarantee of results, but I'd say that is a symptom of the industry rather than the tool.

We are in a somewhat niche industry, where a lot of our customers are not on linkedin - so the customer data isn't as good as we'd hoped - but again that is the same across all data providers in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

There’s a lot that I like: Flat price. Unlimited seats. Fast, easy implementation that only took 3 days, and less than an hour to set up and launch our first campaign. A Salesforce integration would let us use AiSDR to grow our pipeline even more, but it’s more of a nice to have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

Their support team has always been there for us since day 1. They helped us set up and keep an eye on every campaign, and they constantly worked to help us see results. They even reminded us when holidays were coming up so that we could pause campaigns. The quality of email copy was very good as emails were clear, short, and to the point. What do you dislike about AiSDR?

It does take a little time to learn the platform, how to navigate, and how to set up automation, so it could be a bit more user-friendly. What do you like best about AiSDR?

AiSDR takes a lot of the time out of doing outbound sales for us. We have the ability to bake in a lot of our learnings in the persona which then allows for this brilliant off-hands experience of taking over a lead after most of the hard work has been done! What do you dislike about AiSDR?

I think the product still has some features that need to be built in around comprehensive integration with common CRMs, and more simple editing of campaigns and tinkering (I get a little lost in active campaigns when I am trying to look at positive responses or then go find and personally respond to positive responses), but these are natural for an early product! What do you like best about AiSDR?

Building a scalable outbound process can be super challenging, and honestly, getting started is one of the toughest parts. Think about it—securing domains, ensuring deliverability, and creating/warming those mailboxes can be huge roadblocks for companies before they even kick things off.

When I started with AiSDR, I assumed it was just an AI-powered sequencing tool—and it is, but it does so much more! They handle ALL the email infrastructure setup for you. Domain procurement, DNS records, and even adding pictures to the inboxes to improve open rates. We kicked things off on a Monday, and by Wednesday, everything was set up and ready to go! What do you like best about AiSDR?

Everything’s pretty much done for me. All I need to do is answer questions to set up the campaign and set up lead filters. Aisdr then does everything else from finding leads to generating and personalizing emails. It also notifies me if anyone’s booked a meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

-Implementation was quick and easy thanks to their support team walking us through it

-Went live in 2-3 days with our first two campaigns up and running

-Easy to do business with, ask questions, and get the email cap adjusted for high season
