**What do you like best about AiSDR?**

The signal-based targeting is what sets it apart for us. We sell an API to developers and AI teams, which is a notoriously hard audience to reach with cold outreach - they ignore generic emails instantly. With AiSDR we've been able to run campaigns targeting people actively engaging with specific tools in our space, referencing LinkedIn activity and public signals that are actually relevant to them. The messages don't feel like cold emails.
The CS support is amazing - Anna proactively answers any questions, suggests new campaign angles, and helps us with new features. It's more like having an outbound partner than a software subscription.
We've recently started using AI Monitoring, which has been a great addition on top of our Salesforce integration. It monitors our existing contact lists and triggers outreach at the right moment - when someone gets a new role, a company we're tracking raises funding, or a prospect signals a new initiative. For a technical audience that's hard to reach cold, being able to reach out with the right context at the right time makes a real difference.
We've had responses from senior AI engineers at major tech companies, which says a lot about the quality of targeting and personalization.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Persona customization can be tricky - it takes some iteration and the right inputs to get the right level of personalization. Also, the first month is slow by design (mailbox warm-up), so you need to plan for that ramp-up period before expecting real volume.

**What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small team, we don't have the headcount to run structured outbound manually at scale. AiSDR lets us run multiple campaigns simultaneously (targeting different ICPs, geographies, and intent signals) without adding people. It's helped us reach developers and GTM leaders at companies we couldn't access through inbound alone.

**What do you like best about AiSDR?**

AiSDR has helped us move on demand faster and more consistently without adding a lot of manual overhead. It has created a much cleaner bridge between lead capture and actual follow-up, which is where things often break down. We’ve also been able to tailor the motion by campaign and source, and connect it into the rest of our stack, so it feels like part of our operating system rather than a standalone tool. The biggest upside is that it has helped us scale coverage and responsiveness without needing to scale headcount at the same rate.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Like most tools with a lot of flexibility, it can take a bit of iteration to get everything fully dialed in. The upside is that you can tailor workflows, messaging, and routing to match your motion, but the tradeoff is that it isn’t always a true set-it-and-forget-it product. I’d also love to see continued improvements to reporting and workflow visibility so it’s even easier to optimize and troubleshoot as things evolve. That said, for us the value has outweighed these limitations.

AiSDR is helping us close the gap between capturing demand and actually following up. Previously, there was too much risk that inbound interest or website activity wouldn’t be worked quickly or consistently enough. AiSDR has helped us create a more scalable process for routing and follow-up, while also enabling strong personalization and messaging so our outreach feels relevant rather than generic. As a result, we’re seeing faster response times, better coverage, and a more efficient way to turn interest into real conversations.

It has helped our small team scale our operations, and it has also driven activity from accounts that had gone stale or hadn’t received any outreach in a long time. The AiSDR team has been fantastic at helping us get set up and monitoring our activity from their end to make sure we see success.

A lot of oversight is still needed, especially at the beginning while you set up the platform and refine the messaging. We have three people actively working in it every day: an SDR to manage responses, a Demand Gen rep to set up campaigns and monitor performance, and Product Marketing to review the outbound messaging.

It has helped us broaden our outreach and improve our engagement with prospects. The level of personalization in the messages is incredible, and it makes our communication feel much more relevant and targeted.

**What do you like best about AiSDR?**

What is most helpful is how it multiplies sales and general communication outreach.  One person can do as much as...well many more people.  I don't know the math, but a real world example is I can have a campaign targeting an existing list of contacts from an exhibition (as an example) then at that same time create an AI driven search function looking for our ideal target profile.  On my own I would be able to do these things spread out over a few days which would also take me away from other key activities.  But with this easy to use program I can implement and get it going in under an hour.  And then the way we kicked off was also very easy and simple to follow.  The longest part was for the emails to get "warmed up" (they will explain it to you).  It was amazingly intuitive from the very beginning.  I think that was certainly helped by the fantastic and dedicated support team.  They are available at all kind of hours, and when they are not, the chatbot tool helps out.  While that one still needs a little work, it is definitely better than getting back radio silence.  I uses it everyday now without fail.  And the last bit which saved us tons of time was the way it integrated in seconds with our HubSpot and LinkedIn.  All in all, so far it has been a fantastic asset and force multiplier.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

For me, being a relative old time with technology, it took some hand holding to get the terminology down and the overall process.  But I would not say it was completely aiSDR's fault, that was both of us.  Having said that, once I did understand the flow, it became easy to follow and use.  The other thing was the pricing model.  As of this writing there are only two choices, one relatively low and the other is nearly three times that.  They should have a middle tier then also a way just to buy more emails if you hit your limit.

**What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it is solving for us is how to get the most reach to the marketplace using the least amount of resources.  We are a a startup and must monitor our budget and balance it with the R&D spend.  With aiSDR I get a full team of sales people AND research assistants.

Fair point on the learning curve. Technology changes fast so some onboarding is natural, but glad it clicked once the flow made sense.  

On buying more credits, you can renew your subscription faster when you run out by reaching out to your account manager. That said, we're reviewing better ways to handle this.

I love that AiSDR prequalifies leads before we reach out. Defining an ICP and building an outreach plan is essential and AiSDR does an amazing job of that.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

I don't have a dislike at the moment. It would be great if they created their own CRM so I don't have to use hubspot and it can be all in one place.

Being a startup ourselves means we have to wear a lot of different hats. AiSDR has really taken lead generation off our plate and has resulted in a significant number of meetings each month. In our first month, I think we had 11 meetings booked thanks to AiSDR.

The prospecting capability is extremely powerful. It enables deep, intent-first searches across multiple databases, which means we’re not just reaching volume but also the right people at the right time.

The LLM-powered outreach performs exceptionally well. The messaging feels natural, relevant and personalised. Resulting in a really healthy positive response rate for us.

I also really value the adaptable sequences. Being able to test different contact approaches, messaging angles and ordering allows us to optimise our outreach strategy based on real engagement data rather than guesswork.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Occasionally, the AI can step in a little earlier than ideal in ongoing conversations, where a human response might be better suited to move the discussion forward. Because of this, some manual monitoring is still required as positive replies come in.

That said, this area of the platform is clearly improving, and the level of control and oversight available continues to get better.

AiSDR solves the challenge of scaling high-converting outbound outreach. It reduces the time required for prospecting and initial engagement.

I use AiSDR for automating lead gen workflow including email, messaging, and LinkedIn automation. I like the responsiveness of the team, their support during onboarding, and their overall responsiveness whenever we need help. The end-to-end automation is another great feature. I also appreciate the hyper-personalization and complete automation of the business development outreach workflow. The overall solution is really awesome and does everything it promises.

I find the cost a bit higher compared to offshore teams. Also, the initial setup was a bit tedious, though the team was responsive.

What stands out most is how well the messaging is tailored to the specific audience. The system doesn’t just produce generic outreach. It pulls in relevant context about the prospect and their organisation and uses that to shape the message. In many cases it references examples or signals that are actually meaningful for that particular company or role, which makes the outreach feel far more considered and relevant than typical automated sequences. For outbound campaigns where you’re trying to engage senior decision makers, that level of contextualisation makes a noticeable difference.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Honestly, my main complaint is that I wish I had more credits to play with. Once you start experimenting with different audiences and message variations it’s easy to burn through them because you want to keep refining things. It’s a good problem to have, but a few extra credits never hurt.

AISDR has been great so far. The 2 main areas we have found value are 1 - the user friendliness of the tool. It is easy to pick up and learn to navigate. Secondly the Customer Success team is great. Dina is our CS manager and she is incredibly engaged, helpful and supportive with the tool. She regularly makes suggestions on how to improve campaign's and is incredibly responsive.

It would be great if there was a function that suggested industries to target based on the response success. Highlighting accounts who might be looking for our service would be very useful.

1. The tool is user-friendly, which makes it easy for teams to adopt and start using right away.
2. The customer success team is fantastic. Our account manager Yaryna is highly proactive and supportive, responds very quickly to any questions we have, and regularly shares suggestions to help us improve our personas and campaigns.
3. The lead generation side of the tool is very strong and can quickly deliver a large list of relevant contacts across job titles and industries.

We’re still at a fairly early stage and are learning a lot ourselves, but it still feels like there’s a lot of manual input needed to get messaging that’s truly on point. I expect this will improve over time as we continue refining our prompts and get more comfortable with the process.

The ability to personalize on mass outbound campaigns.
Multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
Multiple ai tools that you can select from for it to draft emails
Easy to set up
One can set up persona's specific to campaigns and the ai will follow that for each campaign and contact.
Support from dedicated customer success manager is really great, they are an extension of you.
Use the system daily when I am not focused on ABM and it looks like you can use the tool for ABM as well.
Easily integrated to existing crms like hubspot.
Once it learns and after 6 weeks it is very good as long as you match the personas correctly expect multiple meetings or responses.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

The reporting metrics can be better and some settings can also be better but getting there slowly.
One cant see how far a campaign has gone which really leaves you in limbo. Good marketing and way to keep the client in for the long run if you ask me. I should have though of it myself.

I have had had real opportunities come from outreach performed by AiSDR. Their customer support is great. I have an easy line of communication with my account manager and quickly get questions answered or support when needed. The product is easy to use and to integrate with my existing sales tools.

I find myself having to review who AiSDR will target on a daily basis otherwise it will target companies and titles outside of my ICP

Campaign setup taking longer than expected is fair. The first run takes more effort, then it becomes more plug-and-play.

Onboarding is straightforward and clear, but expect some initial testing and tweaks in the first months to get it dialed in.

The messaging stands out - precise, natural, and very human-sounding.

Results aren't at our goals yet, however, it's sparked valuable conversations, unlocked prospects beyond manual lead lists (top-tier lead generation), and saved tons of time for strategic work like calls, custom follow-ups, and meeting setup.

Limited control over signals/targeting: Can't combine complex filters (e.g., funding + tech stack + hiring).

Limited personalization in some cases: Initial emails feel human, but follow-ups can become repetitive or generic.

With AiSDR, we've been able to automate repetitive outbound tasks like lead discovery, list building, and multi-channel email outreach, so we've been able to have more time for high-value qualitative tasks (cold calling, personalizing strategic follow-ups, and prepping for meetings).

Even though we've already generated interesting conversations and accessed prospects we couldn't reach manually, we've not been able to generate meetings and conversations consistently, so we expect AiSDR to evolve into a meeting-generation engine that complements our cold calling efforts, creating a hybrid system where AI scales volume and is able to generate some interesting conversations and/or meetings, and humans close with personalized touch.

If you have done this manually yourself you will know that it takes weeks to do this, significant cost and time and about 6-8 separate systems (New domains, Email, mail automations, warmup inbox, Linkedin, Zoom, apollo, salesloft, CRM, an LLM for email and message personalisation and a ton of manual work) combined manually with Zapier to build out a full cold email and linked outreach workflow and AI Automation...This tool does it all in 1! 

Seriously if you are doing cold outreach manually and without this you are wasting a lot of time and money!

AiSDR was been brought into the business as a new strategy with the departure of our SDRs via promotion or new ventures. After simple onboarding and integration, it has provided an astounding level of personalisation at speed, something our SDR team would have struggled to match and all of this has come at a fair price. I am optimistic we can see real business benefit with this technology.

However, the most impressive aspect has been the continuous support from the AiSDR team, with special recognition to Yaryna. She has guided us through the onboarding process and has delivered us campaigns that align with our sales strategy and as a project owner, I could not be more thankful. The level of care and desire to see us succeed is something I personally have not seen with my suppliers and this should be celebrated.

Additionally, the overview feature could be improved with a larger screen and easier methods for distributing leads to my team and connecting to email addresses.

This is not a silver bullet.  You don't get to press a button and it magically books meetings for you.  I put in a lot of time and effort into crafting personas, and I can see that is paying off big time.  

We came on in the holiday period and they were by far the most responsive for communication.  I appreciated this a lot.  Others booked meetings and cancelled on me.  Another simply did not turn up to the call.  

This is a very impressive product in my early dealings with it, and the people have been great so far!

Honestly right now, not much.

I wish the emails were not all just ".com" on the end.  I would like other choices for email types.  But that's it.

Some minor confusing things, but my first call solved all misunderstandings.

One of the hardest things about BD/Sales is finding contact info for leads -- AiSDR does a great job of not just finding leads but also finding their emails. 

I also like that AiSDR casts a wide net and automatically follows up. Setting up the lead search is pretty simple. 

Dina has been responsive and proactive.

Occasionally it says things to leads which are a little outside my preferred sales positioning, but I assume that's just about honing the persona.

What I like most about AiSDR is that it takes care of the sorting for us. It reviews our inbound leads, flags the ones worth reaching out to, and sends messages. It even adjusts the tone based on the lead and drops memes in for good measure. We've also tested several of the built-in AI models: one for SMBs and one for bigger accounts. Both do the trick, so we keep both running.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Right now, you can’t fully adjust message intervals (like send Day 1, wait 3 days, send again). Sequences are semi-locked

**What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get solid web traffic, but we've never had the time or capacity to properly reach out. AiSDR saves us a ton of time by figuring out who's worth reaching out to, based on things like the pages they visit, if they've changed jobs, or if they started using new software. We've seen our replies go up without having to hire more SDRs. The AI just does everything up until someone books a call, then we jump in.

I've been using AiSDR for a bit over a month now and am very pleased with the platform, team support and results. Before starting, our outbound engine was struggling with email+LI and taking up a ton of effort+time. It's only been a month and we've already seen an increase in reply rates, decrease in bounce rates, and booked a handful of meetings. The team has been great to work with as they offer constant support and best practices.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Nothing I dislike at this point to be honest. For anyone looking to get started I will say three points of advice:
1) Treat the AI as if it's an actual SDR. It needs to be trained and ramped the same way a human would. The more effort you put into it's enablement early on, the more success you will have.
2) Give it time - I like that they offer month to month subscription so it's easy to get started, but don't expect to see tons of meetings booked in the first couple weeks. Again, consider it like a ramping human SDR in that sense.
3) While AiSDR is very autonomous, I still recommend monitoring it regularly to make sure it continues to target the right prospects and messaging.

Before AiSDR, we really struggled with email and LI outreach. Since starting with them we've been able to see a significant lift in results through multiple booked meetings, reply rates and decrease in bounce rates.

**What do you like best about AiSDR?**

We sell auth tools to security engineers. They rarely fill out forms or respond to generic emails. AiSDR spots them when they engage with things like changelogs or switch roles, then reaches out with the right message. If a conversation goes cold, it picks it back up without sounding robotic or automated. LinkedIn is baked in, everything syncs cleanly with HubSpot, and the fact we even get a GTM engineer still feels unreal.

There is no integration with HubSpot workflows

**What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AiSDR picks up on things we'd usually miss, like job changes or someone checking our changelog. It then starts reaching out on its own. This saves us from digging through signals, sending emails manually, or trying to restart cold conversations ourselves. The follow-ups feel genuinely human, our domains stay healthy, and data gets synced to HubSpot.

Great cold outreach. Personalised messages. Less work for me once set up.

It is a little bit complicated to use. It takes a few sessions with account managers to really understand the full capabilities. You need to understand how it works in order to know what to put in. It is a tool that requires new learning.

No more manual outreach, it is all automated and personalised by Ai. It is saving us time and gaining us leads.

The LinkedIn signal feature might be my favorite right now. I set it to watch for people who like my competitors' posts, and I’ve been getting 2 or 3 demos a week just from that. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up, then it synced with HubSpot and it's been running ever since. We no longer have to manually check out who's active, and the best part, the replies make complete sense.

It takes a bit of time to set up, but that extra effort means we stay in control, so it's both a pain and a plus

Our biggest challenge was a lack of qualified leads for outreach.

As a long time user of outreach tools, I am a huge fan of AiSDR! It is so nice to be able to build a campaign and let it do it's thing. We are booking several meetings per week using this tool. Sofiia, our customer support, is knowledgable and available for any questions I have.

It takes a bit of work putting a campaign together, but once it is done you don't have to do it again. AiSDR will continuously add new leads to it, so once it is done you can just forget about it

The amount of customization that can be done with the setting is beyond my expectation. I also like the sourcing of lists is automated, so I can set up my parameters and then let it find new people and automatically add them as input into my campaigns.

The UI could be improved in terms of the campaign builder in particulat. That's a lot of scrolling. I think as the product matures, I would love to see a slightly better UI to build and edit campaigns.

We're trying to be top of mind for our TAM, send emails that add value and are useful. We're trying to be considerate of the recipient's time and not spam them repeatedly.

The setup of the AiSDR system was very easy and their support team was quick to answer any questions.  I really appreciated the way AiSDR sources leads directly from ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.  That is a huge time and money saver.  AiSDR booked calls for us on the first day of campaign kickoff, and the follow-up inquiries delivered bookings as well.  I was impressed with how well AiSDR delivered results.  The AI prompts for the email content worked remarkably well and sounded very human--with just enough personal details without over doing it. We were able to setup the script exactly to our needs.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

There was nothing that I disliked about AiSDR.

Rather than pay a full-time Sales Development Rep to research and write clever outbound emails, I can just have AiSDR handle this all automatically at a fraction of the cost.

What I like best about AiSDR is how smooth and seamless the customer onboarding process was.

The explanations provided were really clear and made it easy to get started quickly. 

I also appreciate how responsive and helpful our account manager has been—they’re always ready to assist and offer valuable suggestions to optimize and improve our campaigns.

This level of support has made a noticeable difference in our overall experience with the tool.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

One downside is that there are still areas for improvement, particularly around better integration of manual replies. 

In addition, for LinkedIn campaigns, the tool currently doesn’t account for manual interactions, which can sometimes result in too many interactions in a single day. 

That said, the support team has been extremely responsive and actively works with us to improve the experience, showing a real commitment to addressing these issues and making ongoing enhancements.

AiSDR delivers exactly what it promises—AI-driven outreach over email and LinkedIn. Been using it for about 6 weeks now. The ability to craft prompts that control how the tool engages on my behalf has been a game-changer. 

I’ve been particularly impressed with the team’s responsiveness over Slack and their commitment to rolling out new features quickly. The HubSpot integration works very well, making it easy to manage and track outreach efforts.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

While AiSDR is a solid tool, it still feels like it’s in its early stages. I sometimes find pretty basic features that are missing. That said, it’s a very good value for the money, and the tool is clearly improving over time.

I plan to update my review with more honest feedback in the future.

AiSDR is solving two major business problems for me: scaling personalized outreach and reducing reliance on manual effort for running campaigns.

AiSDR saves us from missing key updates. Unless someone on our team was specifically watching for them, there was always a chance we'd miss it. AiSDR tracks product launches, changes, and outreach-worthy events, writes the emails and replies, and pulls us in when there's actual engagement.

**What do you dislike about AiSDR?**

Sequence timing is still a bit rigid. I can set the days between touches, but not specific intervals like "wait 2 days" after the first email and "wait 4 days" after the second.

**What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a way to react quickly to major launches and announcements. AiSDR solves this by flagging important events, sending first-touches, and handling replies so we're not scrambling to do it ourselves.
