The flexibility and many verticals I can use it for, I can have a podcast or a meeting on the same platform. Conferences, interviews, team chats, hold several small meetings in the same room. I was really impressed by how nice the virtual space looked, it felt like being at a real event, customer support was also good. We could hang out in the lounge, use audio and video, choose virtual backgrounds, share our screens, and more. I especially liked having one-on-one sessions at the booths. I didn’t really have any major problems, but I found it a bit hard to navigate at times. I got confused between sessions and booths because I received alerts for sessions that redirected me to booths. Overall, though, it was fine! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airmeet really provides a seamless interactive virtual platform. The api was easy to set up and we had success running a multi session event over the course of a month. Overall there were very few glitches or issues, and the interface was easy for our attendees to use. There are some limitations when it comes to user data. You cannot change an email someone has signed up with, and you cannot delete a user from your event. There are also some technical quirks we had to work around when launching our event to let us fine tune the event to our liking. The support team was generally helpful but we ran into limitations of the platform. There are also some features not yet available on mobile, and many of our users we're on a mobile device.
