The highly secure remote control and access for many devices is one of the advantages. There is device tracking, location, geofencing configurations, fence drawing, remote support, Kiosk, policy, and more. You can encrypt all the data, get usage reports, check and share screens, share files, and manage apps. In addition, controlling unattended devices is easy. There is even an AR camera to view the customer's device camera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes a long time to download the app for enrolling using the HTTP download link provided. It also takes some time for the app to deploy. However, it is easy to register devices once it is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AirDroid Business has been a valuable tool for me, providing a range of features that simplify device management and enhance remote support capabilities. One of the standout features is the ability to connect multiple devices effortlessly using the auto-enroll package. This makes setup and control of various phones and Android devices a breeze. Although there are occasional issues with screen sharing exiting unexpectedly, overall, the software is secure and performs exceptionally well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While AirDroid Business is available for iOS, it should be noted that this availability is limited to purchased users. Additionally, there have been instances where the support response time from AirDroid has been longer than desired. Another minor drawback is the occasional failure to transfer certain files from a computer to a smartphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The easy-to-use web interface helps to perform various control and remote access for office devices quickly. There is also a black screen for privacy when screen sharing. A new function that I've so far liked. Also, it gives me a notification anytime a device stops responding or starts using excessive amounts of data. In addition, Kiosk and Policy, adding members, devices, and other app management elements. You can install, remove, or manage updates for apps on Android devices. The phone app has some missing features. There is also a Windows app, but the web interface is easier to use. So it can be improved with added features. The support is up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This MDM solution is impressive all the way around. All the remote access and control features are available for businesses. I can set up point-of-sales, Kiosks, and more. Also, I can check in real-time if any Android device is down or unresponsive and quickly resolve the issue. Hence, it saves a lot of time. I also like the dashboard controls and features like geofencing, bulk file sharing, and app management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about using it. However, when sharing files in bulk, some files do not transfer. Other than that, I have had no problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work in a full remote company, and we needed to setup a little phone farm in the US. So we make somebody put all of those phones online and we remotely managed them like a charm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The remote access is a little slow, but having in mind that we are managing them from a different continent it's completely understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
