AirDroid Business has been a game-changer for our device management workflow. We’ve successfully deployed and managed over 5 Android phones remotely with ease, and the experience has been consistently reliable and efficient.

**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

We were previously using AnyDesk to provide unattended remote access to our field devices, and while it handled basic remote control well, AirDroid Business offers that capability and much more.

The UI is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, which made onboarding quick and painless. One standout feature is device grouping, which allows us to organize and manage large numbers of devices efficiently. Additionally, the geofencing functionality has proven to be a valuable tool for tracking and enforcing device usage boundaries.

What continues to impress me is the depth of device-level data available in the AirDroid portal. For example, it reliably retrieves detailed device information—including the Device Serial Number—which, as a .NET MAUI mobile developer, I’ve never been able to access easily through my own apps. That level of insight is a game changer for monitoring and auditing field devices.

Aaron from the Sales team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our specific needs, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed to get started. His support played a big role in our decision to move forward with AirDroid Business.

**What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?**

Battery consumption in our phones has increased alot after installing AirDroid. I may need to review which features we are using in order to increase battery life. I do hope this can be improved on.

It's not really a dislike but it would be really useful to have an API for data.

Being able to remotely access devices unattended and also being able to locate devices out in the field. It's an added advantage that we can update apps via the AirDroid portal as previous we had to do this manually.

Besides the complete mobile device management solution easy to deploy, Airdroid's automated alert system and reporting is brilliant. Alerts for low battery, data usage spikes, or power-offs tell me when attention is needed. I don’t need to manually check each device anymore. Moreover, there is the full device updating system, you can schedule when to push patches and more.

**What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?**

The alert setup interface could be a bit more user-friendly like the dashboard is simple enough.

It ensures I’m always one step ahead, any issue that might interrupt workflow hits my inbox immediately, letting me fix things remotely. I can add apps, update them, and perform other remote device management tasks using single app.

It was a super easy setup allowing us to set our first Android telehealth tablets within minutes. We have gotten it down to about 5 minutes start to finish. Airdroid's knowledgebase was also super helpful in answering any questions we had along the way!

So far, nothing has been a downside! We do wish we had the option to automatically set the permissions in the device settings instead of having to click through, but there may be a way around this that we're not aware of.

We wanted to be able to issue telehealth tablets to our long-term facilities but have it locked down to make navigation very limited, forcing the end user to very specific processes. This does exactly that while not making the tablet appear available for "sticky fingers".

From the existing experience so far, I found the software great and really like what it delivers. However, I noticed something that could be adjusted: the equipment has a shorter battery life due to the software, but if this consumption were adjusted, it would be ideal.

Unauthorized access to the settings of my equipment, as we use equipment for inventory control, we need to have access to only one application, blocking unauthorized access to the equipment and ensuring excellent security.

In our software firm, many engineers travel or work from home, so I often need to update their devices. AirDroid Business lets me transfer code libraries and documents with a couple of clicks. The remote access is super smooth, and I always use the black screen mode when I connect for remote support, raises client's confidence. It comes with good support but is a bit costly.

While device status and logs are available, I’d like more detailed reports on usage, app installs, and performance history.

AirDroid Business’ file transfer feature has been a lifesaver. I often need to send config files or updates to devices in different cities. Now I can just drag and drop files to the target devices right from the web console. Whenever we needed help, customer service was up to it.

Initially it took time to digest, but after getting used to, it works fine.

It’s the completeness of the solution that makes AirDroid Business worthy and it's quite easy to implement. The fact that we can manage definition updates, quality fixes, and driver patches all from one place makes device management much easier. I also like that the servicing stack updates are taken care of automatically, those are easy to forget about otherwise.

Some features require a bit of exploration before they’re fully understood, but you can get all the help from support.

Airdroid is helping manage real-time location tracking and low-battery alerts that mean I can reroute drivers before a device dies. Very handy tool, other than that it comes with all remote device management but at some price. Good customer support it has.

It once had map view lag when dozens of devices update simultaneously, but did not show any other problem when working.

Fleet management is simpler and manageable better because of the browser log in from any place. So no more “lost” tablets, and I get instant device health updates too.

This IT tool really helps solve tough tech problems although it took some getting used to, but now I see how powerful it is. My favorite part is the remote access feature since my team isn’t great with tech. It’s so convenient, I can even fix issues from any place and any time.

Not much to hate, the interface isn’t super intuitive at first, but once you get the hang of it. It does everything we need and comes with all t he support you will need.

Updates for windows pc used to mean overnight shifts. Now I push them remotely during off-hour thanks to its patch management feature.

**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

Having worked with other MDM Platforms, in particular Samsung Knox, I found AirDroid to be a much easier platform and interface to use.  Notable features
-Ease of registering new devices 
-Ease of purchasing new licenses and having them be pro-rated to your current license period.
-As a software development company, we find the ability to deploy applications in a Test Tier for internal QA/QC before pushing to production devices a useful feature.
-Managing groups and configurations is well organized and easy to use
-Custom branding and kiosk modes allow us to provide a professional/clean look for our end users
-Great support. They are responsive to feedback and generally aim to please.

**What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?**

Not a dislike, just a comment that occasionally we run into a mobile device setting we would like to configure via AirDroid that isn't available.

AirDroid business allows us to easily manage devices and mobile apps across many projects.   It also simplifies supporting the devices (via remote support) and also help us ensure devices are up to date by showing which versions of software are deployed on each device.

We have used other MDM apps but we can block apps and browsers with policy rules easily implementing Airdroid Business. Other perks for us include its quick scanning option to add devices but devices also need manual installing the app to connect.

Just need to install the app on android devices before using, other than that its a good MDM.

I deploy IT solutions for small businesses, and enterprise tools are overkill. But Airdroid offers the perfect balance. Easy to implement, admins love the clean interface, and I like the granular controls. One client had a ransomware scare but thanks to its policies, we isolated the threat fast. Other than that, its fully optimized for windows patch management and we had no problem updating our systems.

Nothing is without its flaws, but mostly it's up to the task and good backup support.

It was easy to use, understand, and apply for monitoring use by employee tablets. Some tablets users were miss using the data, but we got this fixed from reporting, geofence, and blocking apps features in Airdroid Business application. Then the next stage was to update tablets for security purposes, and this step needed a good patch manager, which Airdroid turned out to be sufficient in.

Each feature we used seemed to be easily applicable and the responsive customer support helped a lot.

Doctors kept complaining about laptops getting slow and had difficulty with utilizing the patient app. One of the tech guys advised Airdroid and now it auto-updates everything overnight and forces essential apps to stay installed. If any user forgets his password again, I reset it remotely. Its easier to use, excellent MDM app.

Took us time to get used to it, but we did not have complaints.

Half our team works remotely, and before Airdroid, we were juggling through device issues. It was not at all difficult to implement and took us no time. We can set up security policies, push updates, and fix problems remotely, no matter where people are thanks to it The geofencing feature even alerts us if a device goes missing.

One of the things that hooked us to Airdroid is the ease of implementing and all the useful features it offers. Instead of running around the office testing on different phones, we now push builds, check logs, and even force-crash apps remotely. We use tablets for inventory, POS, and customer service across locations. So getting all devices updated was a week-long ordeal. I push updates overnight to every store at once running windows or android, it supports both. If a tablet acts up, I can remote in from headquarters to fix it.

Black screen mode turns out to be crucial for compliance, avoids accidental leaks. Remote lock/wipe is for us a non-negotiable security blanket. The kiosk mode locks devices down to just our app during demos. And deploying all this went way simpler than the clunky enterprise stuff we used before.

There is still room for more automated security alerts in the area of specific device activities.
