**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

The platform UI looks great and is intuitive to use. All of the major features my business needed were there, without the need for complex configuration. Initial setup (device enrollment) is done with ease and it just works.
The feature that surprised me the most was "Remote Cast". I didn't need it nor expected it while planning my business, but now I find myself often using it and it helps a lot in my area of application.

I haven't encountered any downsides yet.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently running outdoor totems/kiosks with custom interactive apps.
There were 2 major issues I needed solved; disable user interaction outside the app (by disabling top bar pull and app close) and persistent connection with device for monitoring and app updates. First was solved via Device Profile configuration and app updates are seamlessly done via Enterprise Store.
Thanks of Scalefusion, I no longer need to go on-site for updates or health checks.

Remote cast and the ability to pull reports on usage and to troubleshoot tablet issues. Support time is super responsive and quick with a resolution when an issue arises or additional training is needed. Dushyant is the best for tech support!

Using Scale Fusion for 8 months I have not disliked any features so far.

We are using ScaleFusion to manage our devices for remote staff, it has been easy to push apps and support our staff using this mdm.

Scalefusion has allowed me to seamlessly interact and assist my clients better, without the constant back and forth! Above and beyond this, the 24/7 customer service is unparalleled. There is no issue too big or too small and ScaleFusion always go above and beyond. The fact that we can upload our apk files straight onto Scalefusion and it automatically updates all apps in the field is unreal!

With clients using our scanners we often had high Data charges, ScaleFusion has allowed for us to cut those costs tremendously. We are able to manage huge clients very effortlessly. Please such as Mohina,Vinayak and Yukti seem to drop whatever they are doing to assist.

One of our devices had a problem with running our original application  that does not use RSA certificate in EMM managed environment. Neither Scalefusion nor our developer could figure out what was a problem.  As a result, I simply exchanged the devices.

How to set up EMM enrollment. How to cast devices remotely.
Without the valuable support from Scalefusion team 24/7, I would not have been able to set up my devices.

In the age of SaaS, there are so many companies offering the same products. If you need to decide on MDM, let the IT pros do that work for you and stick with something like Scalefusion. It makes complex solutions so easy.

The support response time is very quick and the customer support representatives are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke to Ajay who assisted me in learning how enroll my devices and the basics of using Scalefusion.

Only a very minor point, the support isn't UK based, so mindfulness of IST is needed.

I have been learning to use Scalefusion, not having any previous knowledge of mobile device management systems. It is extremely useful for controlling permissions on school iPads such as internet browsing and for the dissemination of apps.

Abhishek Deshkar  is one of the best wise person we ever met from MDM solutions. We are currently using the Manage engine software but there's no one equal to Abhishek.  We are looking to migrate our 200 licence to you soon from Manageengine.com  hence we would like to receive very competitive price from Scalefussion.

The best of this MDM is that it actually works. I have tried others in the past that were discontinued or never worked properly. I am happy to say i have been using this almost 3 years and love it.

licenses are purchased in batches instead of individually like Microsoft office 365.

Scalefusion allows us to lock down our tablets to only run our own applications.  Also, the ability to publish our software updates to groups and profiles is extremely helpful. Recently, I requested help so that we could get the full remote control working with all our devices.  My support rep. Abhishek was outstanding!  He was determined to help, and he worked with the back-end team to provide a custom solution for 2 types of devices.  Now we can push our software updates silently (with no user interaction).  Fantastic Support team!!!

I honestly have nothing to dislike.  Anytime I needed help I was able to reach out to support and it was quickly and professionally resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Scalefusion:**

We highly recommend this solution for locking down enterprise devices and applications.  It helps manage device groups.  These groups can have different settings and software updates can target specific groups.  On top of that the support team is fast and professional.  They have made my experience with this product a success.

We develop enterprise mobile software.  We have benefitted from the dashboard for grouping our devices.  This helps to manage software updates, as well as manage device setting.  The remote connection is extremely valuable in troubleshooting software issues and transferring files.

Easy product to administer and if you do run into issues, their customer service is awesome and very timely.  They respond in under 5 min to chat requests and use screen sharing and video to correct any and all issues.  We are rolling this out to 1000 devices in the company and the process has gone very well.

Nothing at this time.  The product has done well for us.

We are rolling out 1000 tablets to senior citizens and this allows us to control what apps they have, make sure they dont accidentally delete anything or corrupt things.  When we reboot the devices go back to standard and all personal data is wiped off.  Makes administering these devices a breeze.  If we need to push any apps, then we just add it to the profile and hit send.

The quick responses to all problems that have come within Scalefusion, the team is very knowledgeable and our issues are handled in a timely matter.

The app is a little unfriendly to the user, it seems like a lot of similar functionality is spread across multiple modules making it a little hard to follow. Also, the Kiosk setting makes the tablet lag very bady.

**Recommendations to others considering Scalefusion:**

If you distribute devices to your employees/contractors when they are on-boarded, I recommend enrolling them in the Scalefusion license prior to giving out the device. Trying to do it remotely is a bit of a challenge. Doing this before hand when the device is in your possession is just an overall easier experience.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly being able to correct connectivity issues, pushing applications to the devices, getting our devices enrolled in the Scalefusion management application.

We like that we are able to click a few buttons and have all of the tablets on the same page in regards to messages, applications, remote-logins.

I love the new Enroll Devices option - it makes it so much easier for us to enroll up to 20 tablets in an hour! The interface was once a little difficult to use but they have made drastic changes to the interface that I really appreciate. One of my other favorite new features is the ability to update devices as a whole without having to manually login/logout of the device profiles!

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

I think ScaleFusion still has some bugs to work out with its MobiLock licenses. For example, many of our devices were removed from the online portal because their license had expired. So when I started updating the profile that they were tied to, they started having issues even though they didn't appear on the ScaleFusion portal. The ScaleFusion customer rep was able to resolve this issue, though, so no complaints!

ScaleFusion is a great remote management software system if you're looking to manage 1 - 500 devices with an easy to use interface.

Our organisation relies heavily on the Scalefusion platform and the services it provides. without the help the team, we would be struggling to get our product out in time and in a manner that is fit purpose. But the best part, response times. I am still yet to wait longer than 5 minutes for a response and this is a huge positive when we need answers quickly and to the point.

We have had the odd issue where apps will not install or uninstall correctly. This creates confusion on what the problem could be as we have many devices which are completely fine and some which will not update even though they are exactly the same as others.

Not something that you deploy casually--requires some studying and experimentation before you move on to mass deployment (kinda unfair to say that this is a dislike, but if I had to say something, this would be it).

There are competing products out there, but this one is polished and works well.  I can't speak to the more advanced capabilities, but it fits our needs very well and it's nice to know that there's more depth should we need it.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution for deploying a single android app to a group of contract drivers doing pickup and delivery for our company.  The drivers did not have company-issued smartphones, so we were in pickle:

Do we issue company phones to 3rd party contractors?  That doesn't make sense.  Even if we did, how would maintain control over them?  Keep them from getting lost?  Prevent misuse?  Enable device sharing?  This was a real challenge.

We are G-Suite customers, but their MDM solution didn't really fit the bill because it is limited and requires registration of the device to an account.

Enter ScaleFusion.  I looked at their product several years ago (Mobilock Pro) for a similar application, but ended up going a different direction.  My how much their product has matured since I last used it!  Within a very short time I learned how to create different device profiles, deploy them to new devices using a QR code, and then hand them off to users.  Of all the cloud services and systems that I have set up for our company, this was one of the easiest despite the rather complex nature of the problem.

An added bonus is I am able to deploy phones that are past end of life.  Since there is no viable account attached to the device, and since the device is used to run a very low-risk system (not banking), I don't have any concerns about reusing these.

We now have a small fleet of Gen1 Pixels that I can remotely manage and that only run our one app.  They are shared amongst multiple users with no screen lock since there's no access to the OS--only the one app, which also has it's own login and security credentials.  Users are happy and our dispatch manager is happy.  Most importantly for me--ZERO SUPPORT ISSUES SINCE WE DEPLOYED THESE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO.

Finally, their support has been fantastic--prompt, personal, and effective.  I think that I reached out to them 3 times or so via the chat app, and each time someone picked up the chat quickly.  I spoke with them via phone on one occasion, and they were very effective communicators--no complaints about their support being offshore, in fact they probably set the standard based upon all of the support calls that I have made to different cloud service vendors.

Cost is very, very reasonable to boot!  I am a satisfied customer.

Complete control from app deployment to communication integration. Eva (communications manager) allows us to deploy phones for our fleet of drivers while easily maintaining secure devices thus ensuring up-time from inadvertent and intentional tampering. Features such as "Turn on Speaker" within Eva and leveraging Bluetooth through MobiLock's Bluetooth Manager ensure safe communications for our drivers while on the road.

The UI and organizational structure (devices and device groups) makes deployment a breeze, no matter how complex our organization roll out is.

Having immediate access to technical and sales support from the chat menu within the management console was a nice touch. If I had a question that was not already explained in the intuitive UI, I could quickly ask a question and have it answered instantly. 


**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

EDIT: After 1 year of use I needed to update my original ten star review. 

Scalefusion has the best solution on the market, however even the best solutions are not immune to design flaws and bugs. Scalefusion’s support is extremely deficient in both their response time and customer access to high level support staff. Response time is at least 1 business day via chat or email. That means each correspondence is on a one day delay unless you are in their time zone (India, I believe). 

Our technical issue prevented the receiving of calls due to a design flaw. My support representative was very patient and professional but due to time zone differences and a  technical bug, she was unable to properly devote the necessary resources to address my issue timely. In the end we had to devote dozen of hours in labor for troubleshooting over a 28 day period where our phones ceased to receive calls. The technical issue was resolved internally and the solution relayed to Scalefusion.

Original "Dislike" from 10 Star Review:

It is an extremely hard sell for small business owners who are hesitant to pay $36/device/year. The pricing model seems to only benefit large corporations with price breaks at 100+ devices. I feel we could utilize this amazing solution for our entire organization but is unfortunately cost prohibitive for our particular business. We chose to deploy this solution for our most challenging MDM and are using cheaper solutions for basic MDM for the rest of our devices.

**Recommendations to others considering Scalefusion:**

Demo this product first to save time. It is easier to see the shortcomings in other products once you see all the features MobiLock has implemented. Be prepared to troubleshoot any issues on your own.

MDM can be very difficult to implement across multiple devices, each with fragmented settings and features. MobiLock Pro takes out the majority of the guesswork and allowed for a rapid and robust integration. Most MDM solutions take apps, email and web browsing into consideration but neglect the fundamental voice and text communication. This is where MobiLock excels by easily managing communication fundamentals in addition to apps, email and web browsing.

We have enrolled our several devices belonging to different OS groups into Scalefusion. Some of our devices are used as digital signages in our office premises and we need to constantly push new content to display on them. Our other devices are a mix of Android and iOS phones, used extensively by our employees for business purpose. 

The best part about using Scalefusion is that we can manage all these devices from one dashboard. It really works well because we can schedule updates for all devices from the dashboard and also monitor all of them at one go. 

Also, extra points for the Eva communication suite, we could never think of a better solution for inter-team communication.

The support team is always available to hear us out and are even open to customizing a few features for us, whenever we need.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

The only thing I dislike about the product at the moment is that the dashboard is not tablet friendly, so every time our IT team has to access it using a PC. Overall, no complaints about the product!

With Scalefusion, we could publish our company applications on all devices and our employees could access important resources, which were updated from time to time. Our sales team especially has really benefited from this. 

Another challenge was curbing data cost on devices given to employees. Since most of our work needed uninterrupted web access, it was difficult to cut down the cost on the internet because we couldn’t control the net usage. This was well-handled by Scalefusion EMM and we could significantly cut down on our data costs by restricting app download and access to non-work websites.

I am not an IT person but I am my employer's unofficial IT person as I seem to know more than anyone else.  My job duties don't really have me doing IT work day in and day out so when I need to add iPads, iPhones, Android tablets/phones etc to our MDM site I don't always remember what it is I have to do.  I typically can figure it out without too much trouble.  But over the past couple of days I kept trying to get Scalefusion setup on 4 iPads from another office that hasn't had them managed at all.  I tried for two days, doing probably a dozen (if not more) factory resets and no matter what changes I made, nothing would work.  I finally reached out to support and worked with Dushyant at Scalefusion and we did a screen share and within a couple of minutes Dushyant noticed that my Apple DEP token had an issue.  I'm not sure why considering it was just renewed this past June.  I had to get on a conference call so Dushyant sent me a request to take control and within a few minutes sent me a message stating that everything was complete and to let him know if I had anything else I needed.  After my call I started with one iPad and it went flawlessly.  By then end of hour 2 I had all the iPads setup and being managed, all without further issues.  

Every time I need help I like the fact that I can instantly start chatting live with support.  Every time I've needed it, I get excellent support.  Most are resolved right then and there in the chat and on a couple of occasions, I've had to grant them access to my computer to assist me.

Excellent MDM Company

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Some of the pricing plans and so called "extras" are a downside for me.  I want to be able to grant specific apps but in order to do so I need to pay an extra $3/device.  There are several different add-ons and when it comes to controlling apps, I think that should be included with the plans.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the company's mobile devices such as phones and tablets.  We have a mixture between Androids and Apple products.  Although Apple creates more hoops for you to jump through, I like how secure the end product becomes more than on Android which gives the end user the option to exit Scalefusion by entering a password.  If you share that password with someone who is on site then you risk is getting out to the wrong hands and I don't like that.  But that isn't Scalefusion's fault, that's Android's.  I can control anything and everything, as long as you pay the extras to have it all.  For what we need it for, I don't need to screen share or sneak peak on what the users are doing.  It's locked down so that they can only do what is needed and nothing more.  Users can't install/delete apps so that's of no concern.

I love how easy it is to put onto our new company devices.  Any issues I have had trouble with, I have been able to get a hold of customer service right away and they walk me thru anything that I am confused about.  The product is very robust and helps keep our tablets, and phones secure.  We like the fact that when we get new updates to our products we are able to use scalefusion to push the downloads to all the devices.

One thing I would love to see in the future was a blacklist for sites that I want to block.  It's too hard to just put in a whitelist of sites that are allowed.  We have too many that we allow but there are certain ones we'd love to stop.

Dushyant has helped me with setting up all of my new phones and tablets, addressing all my issues, as I am not a computer person. The automation of tasks through this tool is the best since you could perform repetitive functions without having to touch your device.

Honestly there are not many things that I did not like about this great software, but if there is something to point out and that I would like to be implemented in a near future would be the ability to print my statements or payments directly within the application and not have to waste time contacting the support for them to do it for you, with this option would give the user more freedom to visualize their invoices in a direct and faster way.
