What I like best about Airdroid is that the ability to view logs, status of devices, view mode and Control Devices remotely is just the tip of the iceberg with this powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to say that I do not have anything negative to say. There are a few things that could be easier, such as App library and a file transfer function in desktop application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The service was reasonably priced, it was very straightforward and easy to setup an account. It's nice not having an overwhelming amount of options and setup upfront. Many of the MDM services are very complicated to get running, as I am only using 10 phones for this group it was nice to not go through the same options as a company with 500 phones. Really small things I would change nothing major. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Superfast and targeted product advice. The support and sales team is very nice.
Simplicity and quick leaning about the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ther is no API feature and I am not able to run ADB scripts for custom processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This MDM app reduces downtime and costs for Android-based POS at our store. Suitable for multiple remote control purposes, including self-ordering, cashier terminals, and managing tablet POS. Another thing that I like is that POS machines can be arranged in groups and located. It has customizable branding and remote control for digital signage. Their support is good. Setting up did not take much time, but a little tricky to create POS. The guides were helpful and informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AirDroid Business MDM has made device management organized and simple for us. The dashboard console can be accessed from any browser of our choice. It's easier now to connect with our team and ensure our devices are secure, thanks to geofencing. We also appreciate the digital signages, which help us communicate better with our customers. While it took some time to set up, the available guides were helpful. Support is good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airdroid Business is just the cost-effective mobile device management software and remote access tool I wanted. Setting up kiosk points and controlling all the available devices via an easy-to-use central dashboard greatly helps. I can manage, monitor, locate, and lock devices. In addition, it has complete application management for installing, updating, or blocking apps. There are geofencing and security policy features that help a lot. Unattended devices can be managed thanks to this MDM solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about this MDM. Setting it up the first time takes a while, but it's easy to manage using the central dashboard. Thumbs up to the Airdroid team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Airdroid MDM has provided us with efficient control for Android devices. Not only the app extends remote controls for devices from any geo location for tech support, it minimizes risks of data and device theft. Response times for remote control are fast. It's easy to use and quality of support is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were no technical issues except a few connection problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can remotely access and control all mobile devices using a dashboard. Airdroid Business has enterprise-grade remote access tools that my company requires. I can manage apps, set usage policies, test apps, or perform geofencing. It allows for quickly enrolling and deploying devices. There are automated app updates and tools which are useful. Other helpful features include setting up point-of-sale Kiosks. I can check account activity or device usage and get important alerts. Overall, a great app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes time to set up the devices for remote access. Rooting the device and factory reset are required for some features. However, it performs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before using Airdroid, I implemented three apps for remote access, point-of-sale systems, remote control, and monitoring device usage. But Airdroid Business has all these features under a single dashboard. It has also solved the problem of keeping my systems and devices safe, as it has all the geofencing tools. Another benefit is the Kiosk and policy. Therefore, my devices are used for business purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had to get used to some of the features and take help from the guides. Besides that, I like the app and the extra tools it presents. Some of these are a bit complicated and so have to take help from guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
