It is the ease of using and setting up the Airdroid Business tool that I like the most. Using a simplified dashboard that is accessible using any browser, that helps me quickly perform remote access and checking phones, tabs, and other smart devices. Perfect for Android users, it has all the support you can get. I can simply scan QR code to enroll a device, or use USB connection. Access to all the devices and that too individually, is easy using the dashboard. Adding members, team, and IT staff is again easy, they can access all the devices remotely from any location, another plus. Then there is the policy deploying features, lockdown with kiosk, balck screen for privacy when sharing screen, etc. So many functions that I like this MDM tool. Granting permission for accessing the tabs, phones, or smart devices is time consuming, and there is no other option. Indivually setting the devices takes time, and wiping devices, then installing the app, but it is the first step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a store manager, I tried different apps to manage tablets, phones, and end points, but Airdroid has all-in-one solution for all that. It was not easy setting up the point of sale system, but once complete, all became fast and easy. Now I can manage store devices, keep a check on them remotely, see the unattended tablets, and manage end points. At first, I did not know that this app also has full-time app management features. So now I can also install or remove apps at my will. And not to mention the Kiosk and policy, so I can block or allow social apps, etc. There is a lot in this mobile device management solution, it has many advance features like cloud deployment,Android device management, and more.My concern is handling the remote support, end points at my store, and keep a check on devices, and so far so good. The Airdroid Business app has a complete browser dashboard to manage all the available phones, tablets, etc for my business. I was surprised to see a complete geofencing solution. Moreover, there are all the app testing, managing, updating, and installing on devices resources. I wanted to test if the app restrictions and blocking works, and it does completey block the unwanted apps. Save me a lot of storage on devices for using them for remote support and sharing data or files. I was confused if the Airdroid Business or the Airdroid Remote Support is best for my ventures, and I find the Business solution a lot better. It is because it has bulk device enrollment, testing apps, Point of Sale set ups, and more. The mobile app has some limitations, but the dashboard offers all the remote access tools. Whenever I need to I can check the status and screen of my devices from anywhere, install or delete apps, securely share files with my office team, thanks Airdroid. Controlling and managing devices has become easy with Airdroid MDM. IT team can safely access, monitor, and maintain all enrolled devices. Bulk file sharing all at once to all the devices keeps distributing vital work. The kiosk lock helps set the limits for running apps or device functions as required. I like that digitalized online learning is possible thanks to this MDM's features.
