A great addition to manage all our Android devices remotely under a single dashboard. I do not have to worry about any device being unresponsive or out of order. All devices can be tracked for performance with vital alerts. I can send important files, remotely print documents, share screen with teammates, and install apps simultaneously on every device. It gives freedom to add quite many phones or tablets with full remote access function. Airdroid app has app roll out, updating, remote wiping data, analytics, and other useful tools. Integrating with other vital apps is also possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had no downtimes with Airdroid and it was simple to utilize for all the Android devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After trying out other remote device management apps, I had a better use of Airdroid MDM solution. Basically, I need a tool that lets me control endpoints of my store with device location, Google apps, and sending files to devices. Airdroid lets me do all that from a browser control app. I can keep a look on all the devices. It lets me keep a check on unattended systems and get staff the remote support if needed. The remote control has all the tools to share screens, files, send SMS, and restrict apps. Great MDM app. Other apps that I tried, required rooting devices, but it also works on non rooted ones. The app works well on all my devices, these have Android operating systems. No problems with POS and endpoints or sharing files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airdroid lets us track and manage Android devices for drivers on a single system. Providing remote support and sharing updates over the air is quick and easy to execute. There is a route history with all the necessary reports. This helps us manage routes better and plan ahead. Whenever any driver faces issues, the technical team can help fix them using remote access in no time, all from head office. Sharing updates routes or files to all devices is simple from the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding Android phones was easy and the dashboard is arranged in a user-frienldy manner. We faced no problems managing or tracking them. However, the AMD is best for Android and not for Apple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airdroid Business is the best MDM option for Android OS phones and gadgets. It offers easy modes to add smartphones, use a web address to deploy the app, and install the app, which registers the user. More choices include QR scanning and connecting with USB. I prefer using it because of its easy-to-use control panel. Key features that help me are organizing inventory, scheduling, push notifications, file sharing, reporting, and activity monitoring. Plus, it has Google Play app management. Then, there is the blocking or allowing of browsers and apps. In addition, it helps manage Android endpoints. Not to mention its price is inexpensive. It has no Apple device support. But it does have all the MDM tools for Android OS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It enables me to quickly deploy using flexible enrollment options. Mostly, I use the quick QR scanning method but it has other options like USB and mobile app. I can manage all the connected Android system phones from a single dashboard. The dashboard is accessed using a internet browser for a PC or laptop. So I can manage and keep a check on all devices from my office computer. My team can check and monitor devices from their seats. Devices can be arranged in groups for updating, applying kiosks, or using for end points. Airdroid offers many options to help troubleshoot issues remotely faced by the staff. It saves time to fix the issues using remote support. Another advantage is setting alerts for low battery or device not working. So I can be sure that all the phones and device are up and running. It has SMS and notifications support. Nearby share lets me share files to nearby devices without using a WIFI, another tool this app has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had no issues adding devices. This app has one of the best dashboards which is easy to use. There are tutorials and guides in the dashboard, very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wanted a remote control tool that is easy to utilize for all my Android phones and devices. It is this app that meets up my requirements because of user-friendly interface and control dashbord. I can access from any location and view the screens or remotely control Android devices. I have to mention the quality of support is good. I can create a predefined templete to apply on all the devices all at once for enrollment. It pushes any settings I want like grouping, application installation, and specific device restrictions. Device's location, area limitation, and unusal activity alerts are other beneficial features. You can also move files or media in bulk, remotely print documents, and monitor devices. I have faced no issues using Airdroid app for all my Android devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did try out Anydesk and Kandji apps among others for remotely accessing and operating phones and tablets at my office. However, Airdroid Buisness was suggested by my IT consultant as an all-in-one remote control app. So I implemented this tool and first impressions were satisfactory. You can sign in the dashboard from Chrome or any other internet browser. Then you have to connect and register the phones or tablets with this app to remote control. And it takes time to enroll devices but there are many options available. I tried the simple USB method, and it was easy to do. I did find QR scanning and a web address for the phone to bind to Airdroid Business.
About my experience with its features, it went smooth operating and controlling Android devices with easy browser sign in app. And the phone can also install a app that comes with a full-time launcher to use for shop or POS. There is nothing too complex when using it, however, there are some features that need an IT expert's touch. These are the remote support section and the policy settings. My IT guy has set up the policies for using office phones and I can also monitor my employees that are using them. You can manage apps and perform video calls, conferences, voIP calling, and there is the remote printing option as well. I do not know much about the geofence, but IT guy says it can locate phones and officual devices with security. So far my experience is good. I will mention that Airdroid support is very good. I have no problems because mostly my IT guy has it figured, and it did take some time when we used it the first day. We connected the devices with ease, and the internet browser control app has simple layout, it is user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are not many MDM apps that apply a centralized console inside any internet browser. One of the reason why we prefer using this app for all our remote access setup. It is as secure as a brick thanks to SSL and HTTPS data transfer over the browser console. We use it to project screens on a bigger display, control phones remotely, set up app restrictions, installing new apps for testing, and setting up fence parameters for device safety. In my opinion, a non-technical person can use its basic features and remote access smartphones or PC. It is strong in Android operating system but not so vast in MacOS. The end-to-end encryption of data transfer is better policy for data security over the network. Remote monitoring and controls are simple tools to use with Airdroid. Generally it is good in Android operating system, but Mac and iOS performance is average. I like the new upgrade of black screen mode that makes it more private for screen sharing when needing support. I recommend more updates like these for better privacy for end users. This amazing mobile device management tool offers comprehensive features to streamline business devices management and control. Full of features and the best all-in-one remote device app. Controlling devices is so easy with a centralized system, a complete browser app! Finally the MDM that I was looking for to do all the remote access tasks. Great. The real-time access for sharing screens, checking health status, troubleshooting, and providing remote support, there is everything. I was using two apps to secure my tabs and mobiles, but this tool has location tracker, in geofencing mode. It allows me to find devices and make fences to keep them safe and sound. Kiosk and policy mode is also key to controlling devices from misuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me a while to understand how to connect the app with the dashboard. I dicovered that it has many tool to enroll devices. Scanning is there but it takes a long time. App is also to connect devices with the Airdroid dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about this remote access tool is that it is all-in-one remote controll for all the devices. I can access it via the intutive dashboard from any location and view the device status. Unattended devices can be monitoried and cotrolled or even located thanks to geofencing tools. It offers many options to register device, installing mobile app, using scanner, or via USB. Adding many devices is also possible. Other things that I find resourceful is a total app control. Apps can be installed or transfered in bulk, use remote wipe, or try out new updates, etc. A new function I will mention is Black Screen mode that hides user's screen. So it is good for privacy of clients or support team. There is remote support, text chats, video call conference, printing remotely, sharing media, files, and more. So a complete package to consider when using two or more apps to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mobile app of Airdroid is not that intuitive and maybe improved in future by introducing more remote control tools. It has simple but limited layout. Although the dasnboard app is really up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
