Well, there's quite a bit to admire about this comprehensive SaaS tool, but let me break it down into chunks to explain better.
First off, Ahrefs makes keyword research incredibly smooth and straightforward. I mean, I can look up any keyword, and within seconds, I get a well-rounded view of its search volume, keyword difficulty, and even the potential click-through rates. Plus, the Keyword Explorer tool dives deep, offering related keywords, phrases, and questions that are being asked around that topic. So, it's not just about finding a keyword; it's about understanding the entire ecosystem around it.
Next, the content gap analysis feature is nothing short of brilliant. I can easily find out what keywords my competitors are ranking for that I'm not, which helps me figure out what content I need to produce next. It's like having a roadmap to winning the SEO game!
Moving onto site audits - wow! I've never seen such an in-depth yet easy-to-understand breakdown of my website's health. From performance issues to broken links, from security issues to content quality, Ahrefs' site audit tool gives me a detailed report, with suggestions for fixes. It's almost like having a personal SEO consultant!
Speaking of which, the 'Top Pages' feature is like a crystal ball. I can see the top-ranking pages for my domain and even those of my competitors. This gives me a glimpse into what's working and what isn't, helping me devise an effective strategy.
The 'number of keywords ranking' feature is another gem. It's really fascinating to watch the number of my keywords climbing up the Google ladder. Plus, the detailed metrics, including the position history, give me a good sense of how my SEO efforts are paying off over time.
Finally, I cannot not mention the backlink profile. This tool is excellent for checking the quality and quantity of backlinks both for my website and my competitors'. Seeing the link growth over time, the top referring domains, and the overall backlink profile helps me fine-tune my link-building strategies.
So, overall, Ahrefs is a powerhouse of SEO tools that gives me a comprehensive view of my online presence and the direction I should head. I'd say it's like having a well-oiled, super-efficient SEO team at your fingertips! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it comes to areas where Ahrefs could improve, there are a couple of things that come to mind.
Firstly, while I admire the wealth of data Ahrefs provides, I have noticed that the numbers sometimes don't align perfectly with Google Analytics. Of course, different tools have different data sources and algorithms, so some discrepancies are to be expected. But when there's a significant gap, it can be a bit disconcerting. It's like having two different compasses pointing slightly off from each other - which one do you follow?
Another aspect of Ahrefs that's not my favorite is the pricing. Now don't get me wrong, I completely understand that you're getting a bunch of powerful tools all bundled into one platform. However, the cost can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or freelancers who are just getting started with SEO. I think it would be awesome if Ahrefs could introduce some more affordable plans or even just a free trial to let users explore the platform before committing to a subscription.
That said, even with these minor quibbles, I still believe Ahrefs is an incredibly valuable tool. It's not perfect, but when it comes to the sheer power and range of SEO features it offers, it's hard to beat. And hey, nothing's perfect, right? But overall, I'd say the pros far outweigh the cons when it comes to Ahrefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about ahrefs is the data accuracy when compared with other tools like SEMrush. Ahrefs is the closest you can get to actual google search results data.
I am using this tool for almost 2 years now and it has helped me a lot whether it is for finding new keyword ideas, technical SEO, on page SEO. Its very easy to use and has features that you cannot even count.
For someone working in SEO or want to scale their business online visibility then this tool is the best fit for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The number of credits they provide in the pricing plan, I think this is the only thing that I dislike. Sometimes, I run out of credits when doing a lot of analysis as ahref uses credits whenever of search on their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool for link building activities. Definitely, I feel that it provides better data from for conducting competitor backlink analysis, and overall link building campaigns. With their free tools, you can do a lot from it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricey compared with other tools out there. It is not really good for small size business and projects because of the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using AHrefs to do SEO research. The main tool I use is their Rank Tracking tool.
I like it best because they arguably has the largest crawler network outside of search engines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing I guess, the tool is solid, however, I couldn't help but to think the pricing is on the high side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the most about this Ahrefs is that I can easily monitored my website performances. This is one my reliable search engine tool . How my own website ranking goes and I can easily detect internal errors or any top issues about some URLs. It is my own business guide on how to optimise my websites to reach more traffic to visit customers to my website. The dashboard are all complete from tools and reports. So far it is my best overview software in monitoring my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe presenting the real time data. It is overviewing atlst last 7 days performaces. But its reliable enough to create some adjustment in term of some errors or issue about my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fake Promises, saying you get this and that but at the end nothing really there every turn need to pay more. No trial period or even refund granted after few minutes of paying to see if they have the feature you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No trial or trust in their own solution to help you get better SEO. It is more like pay per view. Once you pay then you can see and test the feature. Customer service is good. However just after 2 hours of signing up and finding out the feature i need is not there. they said we can't refund you. Reading thier refund policy afterward to find out they are getting lot's of refunds that's why they are saying basically sue me to get your money back :D
"Refund policy

LIke most tools, it lacks context on why t calls certain purposely done things like rdeircts and robots.txt files errors. An SEO Ppro would know to over look this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My overall experience is great. Ahrefs offers all the crucial data needed for SEO analysis. It gives a detailed study on backlink analysis, competitors analysis, site audits, Rank tracker also. For doing competitor research it is one of the best tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing is very high compared to its competitors. For small companies it would be difficult to purchase. Indeed the tool offers advanced SEO analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
