Although I'm new to this program and our implementation of it, the migration to Agiloft was streamlined and smooth as we received support in the process. Having Agiloft University as a basis for education was valuable in both discovering the program's abilities and how to support users as a Level 2 Admin. When receiving a request from a user to make changes or updates, researching on what actions to take to resolve the ticket was simple and easy, so far. Just a simple websearch will pull up lots of results from Agiloft, and the most relevant is usually the first one, if not the first few. Even though this program is used daily, we have not had many help tickets opened since we integrated it, which is a very good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are none so far. As of this review, it's only been our 6th month using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agiloft is very user friendly and it is easy from an admin side to add clauses and make template changes. Our requestors find it easy to request an agreement and the template generation is very easy to use. We can run reports and searches on all fields. Agiloft is a major part of our work day and plays a vital role in our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each amendment only ties back to the original agreement and does not stack changes. For example, if you chane salary in the Second Amendment and then add a Third Amendment that changes PTO, the record for the Third Amendment will have terms from the original agreement it is linked to and then updates fields for that amendment. So the Salary will show from the original agreement and not what was updated in Second Amendment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In all of the years that we have used the product, it has consistently been the most reliable software that I manage. Downtimes have been rare and quickly resolved. Agiloft is very good about notifying us about system updates and when ever I have had a question, the support ticketing team has been very responsive. Even though our needs are simple, it seems that Agiloft is constantly rolling out new functionality.
The ability to customize a lot of the features based on user types is a great feature. Being AD-integrated is also a plus. We were able to automate our new user provisioning, which was very helpful. Another great tool is Agiloft University. I really appreciate the fact that Agiloft offers such a robust tool for training on the program.
Most importantly, I want to commend Agiloft for remembering the human touch. On the rare occassions when I have called the support line, I was able to reach a person. In this age of AI and chat tech support, I have a team of people who have gone out of their way to communicate with me and ask if I need anything. I would also like to personally commend our Customer Success Manager, Govind Sharma. His patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated during our contract renewal process. We have used the product since 2017, and I have not had any issue that I was either unable to resolve for myself or resolve with the assistance of their support options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We implemented Agiloft about 5 years ago now and it has completly changed how we handle contracts from request to execution, and all the way to billing. We use to handle the whole process via email, and the was a cumbersome process, however after coming across Agiloft and seeing the custom features and abilities it's capable of, we went to work in implementing the program and haven't looked back. Apart of standardizing and centarlzing our contract management process, the best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered. As powerful of a tool Agiloft is, it would be great if it was more simplified so that we can implement new features faster into our workflows, rather then waiting of consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agiloft is always at the ready for any questions or if needed setting up a meeeting covering various topics. They are there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm still farly new to the application (8 months) so for me it has been a learning curve to understand all the different workflows we have in place for the varios levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the no-code functionality of the software. IT makes creating and managing customization easy and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though the no-code functionality is easy to use, gaining a baseline for knowledge on how the software is used can take some getting to used to as an Administrator. Overall, it was still relatively easy to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So I've been using Agiloft for a bit now, and I gotta say it's been pretty solid overall. What I really like is how you can customize basically everything. We’ve managed to set it up to fit exactly what our team needs, which is great. The automation features really help too—things like contract reminders and automatic approvals have saved us so much time, we don’t need to chase after people or dates anymore. it’s kinda complicated at first. There’s a ton of options and figuring out how to set it up exactly how you want can be a bit of a headache, especially if you're new to it. Plus, the interface is not the prettiest. It works fine but feels kinda outdated, if you know what I mean. But all in all, once you get past the setup, it really does the job. I’d recommend it for teams who need something powerful for contract management and are okay with a bit of a learning curve at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy many features of the system but what I like best would be that we can select various terms and conditions and the system will recognize what cluases need to go in the agreement based on the selection in the fields and populate a complex agreement that would otherwise take hours to create. My biggest pain point is that each agreement and corresponding amendment is its own record and while they can be linked as related agreements, there is no record that combines all terms and can give a quick overview of all current terms (for example if salary changed in the first amedment, PTO changed in the second amendment and schedule changed in the third amendment....I cannot pull up one record to see what all current terms are. I have to open each record to see what changed) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful aspect of the Agiloft CMS is the ability to generate and organize the hundreds of contracts we create annually. When combined with approval workflows, timed email notifications and e-signatures, it has significantly imrpoved our ability to manage our portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that due to our unique procurement and legal regulations, we needed customization which could not be done by our staff. However, we have a great solutions architect and we've met all of our deployment goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Training new users is fast & easy (10-15 minutes); very easy to make changes to our system without Agiloft help; customer support has been fantastic and cost effective the few times I've had to reach out; I use Agifoft more than any other system we have. We were up and running Agiloft with only a 3 month implemetation period. Much of that fast timeframe was because of the implementers knowledge about basic contract managment. Not enough time in my schedule to spend with system changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it is a "one stop shop" for all things contracts. It captures our process, and has lots of capabilities we could still add on. We can generate templates, we can save key clauses, we can compare past versions, and we can store everything in one place, which makes negotiations much easier to track. Especially when something sits for a month between touches, I can easily see what I did last. It allows me to take notes and capture them, so that when I need to compile notes for approval, it is already there. It has capabilities with AI and software integration that we could also tap into. The implementation process was smooth, but there was a lot to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of our users say that it is not user friendly or intuitive. I am so close with it, it's hard to be a good judge of this. Generally, we get great feedback from our users. We have many users who log in less frequently, so it is harder for them to get the hang of it when they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
