Using Agiloft allows the company to keep all contracts in a centralized location. Not only a repository of signed contracts, but also a way to manage renewals, and track steps through the drafting and approval process. It's a great tool that allows replacement staff to pick up right where the last person left off. You know exactly who they were working with, the changes that were made throughout the negotiation process, approvals, notes as to why something happened, status of signatures, and so much more! **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** As much as we'd like everything to run smoothly, sometimes information changes in the middle. Other companies also don't understand this process, so auto-generated emails get sent to Spam. I was involved from the implementation of the product for our business; I worked closely with Eric Ha who demonstrated a deep understanding of the application. We have used the application for about 5 years, in that time we have need to use customer support on bugs or development requests, each time they have resolved my ask. Agiloft team may not always know the answer but they will find it out. We also integrate with DocuSign for the e-signature, for the most this is seamless flow of data. Our business use case does not take benefit of all the features possible, although our business users who use the system constantly through the day would like us to expand. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** As an IT administrator of the application my biggest pain point is the functions around the licence usage of the application. There is enough provided that I can manage, however it could be improved greatly by adding in some more data points and keep the data for a longer period for analysing usage. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Agiloft our global company spanning 70+ languages and as many legal entities had isolated contracts stored in various places from dedicated CLM applications to a stack of draws and excel sheet. Reporting a whole picture was impossible, and many contracts were only found in the local language in so causing a number of added complications. Now that we have finally migrated all our contracts into the one data base the above issues are eliminated, our Chinese contracts for example have English metadata to report on, and all reporting can be run in the one system regardless of location or type. ### 14. For example, if you chane salary in the Second Amendment and then add a Third Amendment that changes PTO, the record for the Third Amendment will have terms from the original agreement it is linked to and then updates fields for that amendment. Downtimes have been rare and quickly resolved. Agiloft is very good about notifying us about system updates and when ever I have had a question, the support ticketing team has been very responsive. Even though our needs are simple, it seems that Agiloft is constantly rolling out new functionality. The ability to customize a lot of the features based on user types is a great feature. Being AD-integrated is also a plus. We were able to automate our new user provisioning, which was very helpful. Another great tool is Agiloft University. I really appreciate the fact that Agiloft offers such a robust tool for training on the program. Most importantly, I want to commend Agiloft for remembering the human touch. On the rare occassions when I have called the support line, I was able to reach a person. In this age of AI and chat tech support, I have a team of people who have gone out of their way to communicate with me and ask if I need anything. I would also like to personally commend our Customer Success Manager, Govind Sharma. His patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated during our contract renewal process. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** We have used the product since 2017, and I have not had any issue that I was either unable to resolve for myself or resolve with the assistance of their support options. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agiloft allowed us to retire our in-house contract database, which did not have the search capabilities and reporting options that Agiloft has. During some recent changes in our organization, this was very important, because we were able to retrieve important contracts and BAAs quickly. We use to handle the whole process via email, and the was a cumbersome process, however after coming across Agiloft and seeing the custom features and abilities it's capable of, we went to work in implementing the program and haven't looked back. Apart of standardizing and centarlzing our contract management process, the best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** As powerful of a tool Agiloft is, it would be great if it was more simplified so that we can implement new features faster into our workflows, rather then waiting of consultants. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use to handle the whole process via email and things were always missed. When receiving a request from a user to make changes or updates, researching on what actions to take to resolve the ticket was simple and easy, so far. Just a simple websearch will pull up lots of results from Agiloft, and the most relevant is usually the first one, if not the first few. The online Agiloft University certification programme helps local IT teams become self-sufficient in configuration after initial implementation; whilst very comprehensive, this is extremely time consuming and we found that learning through design sessions with the implementation team was more effective. The user-interface can appear complex initally, and requires careful design to ensure that it is a simple and intiutive as possible. Import of disorganised collections of legacy contracts is best achieved by cleansing prior to migration; for example Agiloft does not include technology to identify duplicate agreements. This is because you won't add 10 fields to the Quick Search panel, and I find myself scrolling down a lot to use the 'Add Filters' option to find a field from the Contracts table that isn't one of the 10 fields I added to the Quick Search panel. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We prioritised a list of 100 pieces of functionality that were missing from our previous CLM provider. Agiloft scored the highest from the 26 companies we looked at. One of the biggest of those issues was searching/finding what you are looking for. We have for example created additional tables in which to import our Hotel database and use the data from that table to define access rights for our users, e.g. a Hotel developer in Central Europe would see all the contracts of the Hotels in Central Europe. ### 37. If I had been in the project from the beginning, I would have most likely used the system to its fullest capacity, with one caveat, that is not the fault of Agiloft. They were incredibly helpful in finding a workaround to the effect. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** The only issue that I have with the system is that to store every single purchase order that comes in with the system, that would have been months of development to be able to acclimate to the wide variety of templates that the OEM's use to communicate purchase orders. This is not to the detriment of Agiloft, just the sheer magnitude and variety that did not allow full capacity. They were incredibly helpful in finding a workaround to the effect. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** ACLM is providing a solution to "who has the document" and "Where can I find it" Let's not forget "that person is no longer with the company, and I need access to their files." With ACLM, we also make a structure and proper decision flow for contracts, not just "back of the napkin" agreements. The length of history that this will provide is much more effective than a simple 18-month email retention, and all communication is filed by the program and will be consistent with the finding of the data that is/could be required. ### 39. It was very easy for me to track tasks for both internal and Agiloft teams and send them reminders. Everything they provided us made my job easier. Kristen was outstanding!!! I absolutely enjoyed working with her!! She has most definitely become my favorite vendor PM. I would recommend this group to anyone, I am sad that we will go live soon because they will be missed! **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** The was a small error when they sent over our detailed hours billed, but this issue was very minor. They did not send the complete document but after reaching out to Kristen, this was fixed very quickly. Small hiccups happen! **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a contract management tool that would be automated and they provided a high quality tool that can do everything that the contract management team needed. It is easily a huge upgrade from the system we previously used. ### 46. I've also found that with appropriate training, the system is also very easy for end users to navigate. Finally, I would say that I like the fact that the system allows customization to support the business process or needs of your organization. I've also had some really go experiences collaborating with the Agiloft implementors to solve or improve the system for our organization. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** While Agiloft has the ability to build custom dashboards or reports, I would like to see the platform provide more out of the box reporting/dashboards. The system works great as a contract management system, but capturing key performance indicators via data was a challenge until we requested an implementor to build custom dashboards. With the dashboards, there were also some limitations on the type of charts or graphs or snapshots truly available. My hope is that Agiloft continues to invest in reporting and dashboard capabilities and that we see improvements with future releases. My other dislike with the system would be that to truly have a seamless and successful experience with the system, you will need a dedicated internal IT person that understands and supports the system. This is key to being able to troubleshoot and make improvements (whether independent or collaborating with Agiloft). Without the guidance of our IT person, I am not sure if I would have been able to quickly identify some of our issues and resolve them as timely with the Agiloft staff only due to not having a full understanding of the technical framework of the system. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current business process requires for all contracts with a spend value to be approved by finance prior to legal, Agiloft has helped to solve this problem by allowing multiple users/approvers to be added to our contract workflow. As mentioned above, I appreciate being able to customize certain attributes of the system. ### 47. We had the opportunity to create a fully customized solution that fit our needs. The search and reporting functionality are also top-notch. **What do you dislike about Agiloft Contract Management Suite?** Some of the linkages are not intuitive, which can be problematic when changing fields - it can be hard to follow the logic of which tables will pick up the change automatically, and which will have to be manually updated. Also, the clause library have to be manually updated. Since we are Government contractors, the standard FAR and DFARs clauses are constantly changing, and it would be nice to have a functionality that automatically updates the clause library when changes occur in the law. **What problems is Agiloft Contract Management Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agiloft is the first CMS in our company, and we use it for workflow and document management. It helps us with a traceable and auditable trail of following our set processes, which is critical in Government contracting. It also helps us with reminders for key deadlines, and the search and reporting functionality is excellent, once you figure out the correct search parameters. ### 48.
