What do you like best about AfterShip?

WeAfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.

We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

The integrations are for the most part intuitive and when I have issues I generally can work through them. The staff when able to is very knowledgable and helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

Lately on some of the pages I am not getting the help - there is no ticket system so chats seem to fall out of memory and I have ot start over again. I asked them to build a ticketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

I used to get 50 Emails every day regarding customers' parcels.

After installing the plugin the customers can view their order status and now I get only 5 Emails per day.

Saved me so much important time that I can now use to improve my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

What do you like best about AfterShip?

Aftership helps our team keep organized with all of our logistical needs. It helps automate the process of updating clients on shipments and keeping our team up to date on each orders progress. Ankush has been extremely helpful whenver we've run into any issues and we'd highly recommend this app for anyone business with logical needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

Ability to view and track all aspects of shipments from all our couriers, very easy to use. Allows for real time notification for customers of their shipment progress. Customer support is quick and responsive. Integrates perfectly with Shipstation to track all our orders for all couriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
