I've recommended AfterShip to colleagues partly because of the phenomenal customer service. Every time I've reached out with a question or issue, Ankit is extremely knowledgeable and highly effective in their responses. You can tell they genuinely care about your satisfaction with their app, and that kind of level of attention is brilliant advantage when trying to run an online shop. WeAfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.
To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.
We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
