What do you like best about AfterShip?

I have been using the AfterShip Tracking app for a couple of years now, and I must say it has been an essential tool for our business. It's easy to use and has a lot of interesting features.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

I recently integrated the Aftership WordPress plugin into my online store, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. This plugin has revolutionized the way I handle order tracking, offering vast features that make it a must-have for any e-commerce business.

Setting up Aftership was very eas, the user-friendly interface ensured a smooth installation process. within minutes, I had a comprehensive order tracking system up and running on my website, providing real-time updates to customers.

One of the standout features of Aftership is its compatibility with multiple couriers including most available courier companies, it works as a single window where customers will look and after ship will fetch the rea-time info from courier's system and serve to customers. This means we can effortlessly manage shipments through various carriers, offering customers much onvenience. The ability to customize tracking pages enhances the overall brand experience, professional look the ecom website, the ability to set up a custom domain further elevates the professionalism of website, giving confidence for customers and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The marketing tools included in Aftership are aalso a greate advantage. it can engage with customers at various points, providing updates, promotions, and relevant information through the tracking process. This not only keeps customers informed but also opens up new avenues for promoting products and services

I would like to rate Aftership as a fantastic plugin has simplified order tracking for e-commerce websites. Its easy setup, vast customization options, and marketing tools will make significant impact on customer satisfaction levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

I could see Aftership branding on the footer of page before and this is what I noticed as a negetive poiunt, but upon contacting the support they just removed it without any delay, but I think they would have done this by defualt for paid plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

Prabha was extremely helpful. I just love AfterShip now. This AfterShip app has made our life easier by tracking my packages from one app. Now I had to give it the tracking number and it automatically worked. Also, if I got the tracking number via email it auto would do it has really been a huge help! Thanks again Ankit for the wonderful service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

It allows us to trigger Klaviyo flow automation based on "In Transit" trigger. It also helps us to to seamlessly track products, and customers can visit our branded tracking page. Customer service is always speedy and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
