Aeqium is a great tool that I use pretty much every day for maintaining/looking up compensation bands, checking internal comp parity with current team members, and checking the competitiveness of offers compared to our ranges. I'm a huge fan of their support team; every time we've encountered an issue they respond lightning-fast and are willing to hear out my feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still a few features I'd like to see Aeqium grow into, including syncing offers with our ATS (Ashby), ability to do more updates within the platform (i.e. adding a level to an existing ladder requires a new upload rather than updating a field in the platform), and more native support for pay mixes (i.e. assigning a pay mix to a job ladder/level and calculating an offer statement based on the pay mix assigned to the role). The UI is great. It was easy to set up, managers could easily read the information and make their changes. I also liked that the sales team were honest. If it couldn't do something they told me so.
Customer support team were really responsive. I don't think I ever waited more than an hour or two for a response.
We moved from spreadsheets to Aeqium and it made my job of running our pay review so much less stressful.
Our HRIS is one that doesn't have an API with other software so I cannot comment on integration but even with doing manual uploads of data it wasn't complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can say I dislike, there are a few tweaks I think would make it even better - some adjustments to reporting and budgeting and the ability to set by formula how annual salary is calculated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start? There are so many things. First, the comprehensive set of offerings: from managing comp bands to compensation planning, employee visibility to their Total Rewards, manager visibility into their team's compensation to visual offer letters for candidates. It's the full package!
I also love the great UX, flexibility when configuring comp cycles and ability to assign different user permission levels. Overall, I can't think of anything it's missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times the calculations of specific fields for comp planning can be hard to figure out. That said, their amazing customer support is just a slack message away! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aeqium has been an amazing platform allowing us the ability to administer and manage our compensation cycle according to our various needs.
It's allowed our managers and teams to better see and manage compensation for their teams while providing increase visability to all things total rewards.
Platform is super intuitive!!
Support and engineering team are super responsive and have been able to help and navigate various system requirements and requests with imense speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only call out is that salary band data can feel robust for larger / geo spread orgs that have complex comp structures but they've been able to support all that we need desptie this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aeqium transformed our compensation management at Thoropass. The platform was incredibly intuitive, allowing us to configure pay bands and manage the compensation review process seamlessly. The ease of use was a game-changer; even our C-suite executives could pull reports and make decisions without extensive training. The self-service functionality allowed our lean People team to make real-time adjustments, significantly speeding up our compensation cycles. Additionally, the cost-effectiveness of Aeqium compared to our previous tool, Pave, was remarkable. It offered all the features we needed at less than half the cost. While Aeqium was generally fantastic, we did encounter some minor hiccups during the initial setup. There were a few instances where we needed to seek customer support for clarification on certain features. However, these issues were quickly resolved, and the overall onboarding experience was still much smoother than with other platforms we had used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aeqium is very user friendly and allows for a lot of customization.
The implemntation was very easy as it syncs with most HRISs.
Their support team is extremly fast to reply and efficient.
I use Aeqium on a daily basis and use it for benchmarking and performance cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a full performance cycle platform, which can get wonky at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aeqium has helped us eliminate manual spreadsheets during our compensation review cycles. The tool is easy to set up and use. The tool allows you to add formulas on the back end and the review cycles are easy to build and launch. Aeqium's customer support is very responsive and partners with us to solve any problems or as we look to add additional functionality to their tool.
I like the visualization of the bands in the review cycle and in the comp ranges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aeqium is still relatively in the developing stage. They occasionally have bugs and there were several feature requests we asked for. They need to expand their job-leveling architecture to include codes and grades.
We still have to do the pre-work on our bands and ranges prior to uploading them to the tool but we can adjust them when within the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved seeing the tool developing in the last year. I think what I like the most is how much their support team has been open to feedback and so quick to action on the things we've discussed with them as product improvements.
In terms of the tool itself, I enjoy the look of the ranges and where people are in the range. I think it creates a very easy visual when looking at a team and in our comp cycles.
I personally have worked more on the My Comp/Total Rewards section of the tool. I think it's helpful that employees can select the plans they are using and it's great that we can do either total value amounts or percentage of OTE or base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is still developing, so there are a few things that still need to be worked out. For example, I dislike the lack of flexibility in the Benefits section, where we can't select our own benefits categories or hyperlink things well.
This makes the benefits and total rewards feature somewhat limited. Something easy to add would be an "other" or "time off" category or more custom benefit category options.
Additionally, setting up this feature is also a bit hard because it's all location-based, and we'd need more filters for rules preferably. For example, we can't filter out the benefits we show to temporary employees rather than full time employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aequim is very simple yet powerful tool in my day to day management of my team. Our team's compensation is is highly variable and has multiple different facets that go into a individuals total comp package. Aeqium allows me to not only see how my own personal compensation package breakdown but also for each of direct and indirect reports in a straightfoward and easy to use UI. I would highly suggest this tool for compenstaion planning and management for teams of all sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont have too much critical feedback to date. Its been easy to jump right in to use the tool especially around Compensation analysis periods Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aeqium is a great, modern tool for managing compensation. It provides flexibility, insights, and mechanics for both managing compensation rounds as well as exploring and analyzing compensation. This combination of insights and execution has surpassed any expectation I had of people management software.
Also, I love that the software is fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a bit more ability to contextualize nuanced comp history in that particular view. This is a hard problem though in that every company is different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No more spreadsheets. Aeqium has empowered us to conduct our comp reviews quickly, while increasing the ease of including more perspectives from different managers all while keeping an easy approval process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were times when we had to tweak some formulas to make it work for our comp model but the team was incredibly responsive in helping us make those adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
