The user friendly site. If I cannot figure something out it is easy to troubleshoot either on my own or by going to helpful links. There are several vidoes and SOP's available and even a dedicated team that is not a long hold time away that can walk me through just about anything. There have been very few times that I do not get an answer to a questions right away. When I do not get the answer right away, it is wiithing 24 hours. This is in more complex situations. What I like best about ADP Comprehensive Services is its all-in-one approach to payroll, HR, and compliance management. The platform streamlines payroll processing, ensuring accuracy with automated tax filings, direct deposits, and easy reporting. Overall, this is a step in a positive direction comapred to our previous vendor, the only issue being that sometimes there is a language barrier and also that there are so many individuals involved that there is confusion on who is completing the open items. The implementation was long. When connecting benefit carriers, you are quoted an estimated 12 weeks once all plans are built out. Ours has taken even longer. It does pose set back and double the work to have to track employee enrollment in multiple places. It is my understanding that some of the timeframe is on the carrier's end. This would not deter me from comp services because once it is set up, onboarding is streamlined but it has been a major set back, process, department, employee onboarding wise. I love our assigned HR BP contact the most! She is always very responsive and helpful. She has helped me when I've faced struggles with getting responses from contacts in other areas of ADP WFN during and after implementation. She has truly been a life saver! I have had many wonderful experiences with ADP in the past, but have had some struggles with the most recent ADP implementation. My company switched to ADP WFN from Paychex Flex instead of ADP Vanatge as I would've preferred due to downsizing. making us ineligible for Vantage. Our company is on the smaller size for now until we ramp up hiring in the next 1-2 years. I struggled with the Benefits implementation due to the assigned Benefits implementation specialist having lack of communication and taking months to complete simple tasks for us. I really like having a specific team member to help with different aspects of our job. For example, we have a team member that helps with payroll and a different one for talent, etc. With our old payroll provider we only had one person to cover it all and they would often have to ask different people since she didn't know every area of the system and what should have been a quick answer turned into a week long discussion.
