1. As being from marketing company it is become really difficult to engage customer towards your product and services but Adobe marketo helps you to achieve the same . The amount of frequency of using the application is quite often as every times it gives you something to rely on.
2. The application dont need any hard and fast rule for it's use. It is very basic and simple in its terminology . The tool AI provides you all the basic and the detailed functions of its all steps and parts to be used in a very effective way .
3. I have also notted the time response of their customer service executive is quite fast and quick in respect to others applicaiton support. they don't leave you hung and dry . Even during live event they give you best solution for give best result of your hardwork.
4. We can try out our different sets of idea's to test whether they ccan give the best outcome possible or not. Marketiing requires ad runninng which require a lot of money but adobe gives you free trial for 2 months and after that you can avail what you think its best for your client . The implementation of different running marketing advertisement is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of Adobe Experience Manager is the platform tends to lag when using the bulk upload method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the AI feature of Adobe RT CDP: Adobe Sensei, the AI engine, helps analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and predict customer behavior for better personalization. This fit for my requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only concern for me is the Adobe Real-Time CDP can be expensive, making it less accessible for small to medium-sized businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not as widely known as used so hard to integrate into newer fields; i'm a consultant so often times I'm stuck with whatever the current client I'm at is with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's intuitive. Adobe does a pretty good job with their user experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Needs more features. I would like the option for more data manipulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not super easy to understand how to navigate through the UI at first. But with practice this will be solved soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magento has a lot of functionality to setup inital store data. It also has mechanism to create different types of items like configurable, downloadable, virutal and others. Tax regions import wizard is really helpful to minimize the downtime for tax updation. UI is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With lot of features it gets complicated to find the navigate to the destination and there no advanced search available to easily find the location of fields inside object. Item search is also pretty slow. If we search for an item which is not available in inventory Magento search will collapse and we will not be able to search anymore unless admin clears the cache which is quite frustrating. I like how I can use it to manage multiple website across websites across different languages easily. It can be used easily with other adobe tools such as analytics and is a one stop shop for all resources needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The issue is the high upfront cost and licensing fees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upside for Marketo Engage is that Adobe took over. You can see a lot of new features coming out constanly with improvements. Most of the new features are intuitive and we are excited to see what else comes out.

The only downside to Marketo that we have experieced in the past 8 years of using it; is the SAM's and CSM's. We found out we were paying an extra 6k a year on something that wasn't even in our production. Instead of helping us learn it; we were thanked by our 8 year relationship with "nothing we can do". The sad part is we reached out to them asking them to review our system 2 years ago (we paid them a consulatning fee) and was never informed we are paying for something with out one license assigned. The CSM TJ would refuse to answer certain question in email and only do it on the phone. In order to keep them honest we had to involve senior SAP project managers. The customer service and experience is horrible but the product is not bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
