I’ve worked with Adobe Experience Manager, and while it’s powerful, it’s not without flaws. I like its integration with other Adobe tools and the ability to reuse components to speed up content development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Marketo is an outdated product with a user interface that hasn't changed in over 10 years, making it not very user friendly. The management of the files is not convincing, the account management is cumbersome. I have a bad overall experience with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Marketo's automation is not very customisable compared to Hubspot. The reporting is very inefficient. The integration with other tools such as Salesforce, zoominfo, etc. has an impact on performance. In addition, the cost of Marketo is extremely high compared to other marketing automation platforms. Customer support is extremely poor and there are hardly any updates that lead to improved functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy how tailored using the product is. Being able to customize photographs dependent on the device being used is a next-level tool that a lot of programs lack. This specific feature allows your customizations to be accessible to all devices and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently do not have any features that I have experience issues with. I think the more time I am able to explore the product I am sure that I will have more to say about the ease of use, automation, and integration processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
