The most helpful thing about Adobe is the combine file feature! I love that it allows me to take mulitple files from diffrent locations and sources and combines them into one file. I also love that it will allow you to edit a PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful thing about Adobe is that if you open a PDF once in the program, you have to change your settings in order to not open all PDF's in the software. I typically use chome to open my PDF's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tools are always being "upgraded" to push aside the things you really count on in favor of useless things you don't need. It is so clear that new releases are based on the wet dreams of programmers and zero customer feedback. It is well known that customer service and support has been on the decline for years. OK, its hard to find good people these days. But I would prefer that they simply got rid of support instead of using these horrible people who lie to you and hang up on you and are rude and are not empowered or trained to do anything at all.
