"All-in-One PDF Tool That Saves Money and Works Seamlessly with Creative Cloud"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I like that it’s an all-in-one platform. I can edit, sign, and read everything in one place. It integrates well because it can open and read any PDF. I use it often, and it has saved me a lot of money since I don’t need to buy other subscriptions, especially because it came with my adobe creative cloud subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I dislike that sometimes the PDFs can't be edited because they are restricted, although I understand why.

I wish I could connect fonts more easily, as it would change the font on the document text instead of prompting me that the font is missing.

I wish there were a way to make smaller adjustments so that I can refine pieces more without objects snapping to the wrong spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Professional Docs, Frustrating for Quick Edits"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Honestly, the absolute best part for me is the sheer amount of hassle it saves when dealing with official paperwork.

Before, if someone sent me a form, an agreement, or a contract, it was this whole tedious ritual: I had to print the document, sign it with an actual pen, scan it back to my computer, and hope the resolution wasn't terrible before sending it off. Now, the Fill & Sign feature is a total lifesaver. I can just type my details straight into the document, drop my saved digital signature on the line, and email it back in under a minute.

Another massive plus is the "Combine Files" tool. Whenever I'm trying to pull together a bunch of different things—like merging a downloaded bank statement, a JPEG of my ID, and a text document for an application—being able to just drag, drop, and organize them all into one clean, professional-looking PDF without pulling my hair out is incredible. It just makes the administrative side of life feel a lot less chaotic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

If I have to be completely honest, my biggest gripe is the subscription model. It feels really steep, especially if you only need the advanced features—like editing a typo in a document or converting a file format—once in a while. Paying a hefty monthly fee just to fix a single line of text on an invoice or a flyer can be frustrating.

Also, the software itself can feel a bit heavy and bloated. Sometimes I just want to quickly open a PDF to double-check a document while I'm in the middle of working, and it takes longer to load than it should because it’s firing up all these background processes and sidebars. "Powerful PDF Editing and AI Features, but Customer Service Could Improve"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

It’s helpful when I need to edit or comment on a PDF, since I can do that with Adobe Acrobat. It now includes AI integration, which improves Acrobat’s capabilities. I can also add pages to my PDF, and that’s something I find really awesome. I like to print out my pdfs and the ability to add other content to the pdf makes it convenient and saves me from having to print out more than one file now that I can add in parts of another file where I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It is not the software I dislike, but I did have a bad customer service experience a couple of years ago. He was not helpful and he was rude and made me angry as he talked down to me. I hope he does not work there any longer. - Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat: Streamlined Powerhouse for Large PDFs and Enterprise Security"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is an actual professional tool. It is much better and streamlined than the other free tools available in the market, but no doubt the paid version of acrobat is a power pack. It works amazing if you’re dealing with large PDFs. Other features like e-sign and file protection are top notch. This is a must for organisations where sensitive data is prevalent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Nothing. I do not have any dislikes. It gives us exactly what it promises. Yes, the subscription can be bit on the costlier side, but you cannot get enterprise level security so cheap so it is justified. No steep learning curve as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indispensable, Reliable PDF Workflow Tool with Rock-Solid Editing and E-Signatures"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, smoothly bridging the gap between my professional and personal life. Whether I’m handling complex document workflows, editing sensitive contracts at work, or simply organizing personal paperwork at home, Acrobat gives me the stability and robust set of features I need to work efficiently.

It’s the industry standard for a reason: strong document fidelity, intuitive editing tools, and dependable e-signature integration save me hours of frustration each week. I feel complete confidence in the software’s performance, and I often recommend it to colleagues and friends who want a reliable solution for document management. Overall, it’s a powerful, polished tool that works consistently every time I open it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

While Adobe Acrobat is the gold standard for PDF management, there are still a few areas where improvements could make the overall experience smoother. To start, the software can be fairly resource-intensive. On older machines, or when I’m working with very large files, it can feel sluggish and sometimes slow to launch, which breaks my workflow.

The interface can also come across as cluttered because of the sheer number of advanced features packed in. As a day-to-day user, I sometimes find that getting to more niche tools takes too many clicks and a bit more digging than it should.

Lastly, even though the value is strong, the subscription pricing can feel steep for individual users who only need a subset of what’s included. A more modular pricing approach—or a lighter, more streamlined “Pro” option for power users who don’t need the full Creative Cloud ecosystem—would make the product feel like an even better ROI. "Adobe Acrobat Delivers Total PDF Control, Accuracy, and Trust"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat's ability to seamlessly transition between unpolished materials and professional communication is what I value most about it. It provides you total control over a PDF, not just the ability to open it. The editing tools feel accurate and reliable, almost like working directly in the actual source file, whether I'm examining a technical report or polishing a final submission.

The smooth feature integration is what really sticks out. Page organization, format conversion, signing, and commenting all take place in a single, unified environment. Knowing that you won't have to switch between several programs to finish a straightforward task gives you a certain sense of assurance. Not only does this regularity save time, but it also lessens mental friction, which is crucial when concentrating on vital tasks.

The dependability is another feature that I truly like. Acrobat-processed PDFs maintain their integrity, structure, and formatting across devices. This degree of confidence is crucial, particularly when working with academic or professional materials where even small discrepancies might cause issues.

Additionally, the user experience has been subtly improved. It's thoughtful but not ostentatious. The interface prioritizes clarity over distraction and feels sophisticated, almost subtle. With time, it evolves from a tool you actively "use" to a workplace you are accustomed to using.

Essentially, Adobe Acrobat succeeds by continuously providing control, accuracy, and trust—qualities that subtly improve the entire document experience—rather than by attempting to make a big impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The major thing I don't like about Adobe Acrobat is how heavy it feels for easy activities. Sometimes it can be slow, which disrupts the flow, especially when dealing with huge files.

Another drawback of the subscription model is that a lot of helpful functions are hidden behind a paywall, making it unsuitable for infrequent use.

Finding some tools isn't always as easy as it should be, and the interface might feel a little cluttered.

Overall, it is strong, but occasionally it requires more resources and complexity than is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Complete, All-in-One PDF Toolkit"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is essentially an all-in-one solution for working with PDF files. Whether it’s viewing, editing, converting, signing, or sharing documents, it tries to cover every aspect of PDF management. I started with it just to read files, but over time I began using features like editing text, merging documents, and creating fillable forms. It feels like the “complete package” for PDFs rather than just a viewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The first thing that stands out is the cost. The subscription can feel expensive, especially if you’re only using a few features occasionally. There are cheaper alternatives out there, though they may not match the same level of quality. I’ve also noticed it can take a while to load or handle large files. "Best-in-Class PDF Viewing, Editing, and Management"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Full functionality, including editing, converting, commenting, and signing PDFs. Very intuitive and integrates perfectly with the likes of OneDrive and Google Drive for cloud-based file management, which makes sharing seamless. In my role as a document coordinator with 2+ years of experience, I have leveraged the OCR capability of the tool by turning 100+ scanned files into searchable/editable documents every month, increasing efficiency by 40%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It can be resource intensive while working with large files, exceeding 100MB in size; it uses considerable amounts of CPU resources. Additionally, the redaction tools take time to learn; took me an entire week of training to understand how to use them properly in order to make legal document files safe. "Powerful PDF Editing and Reliable OCR That Saves Time"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Being able to edit text directly or swap out images without needing the original source file is a huge time saver, especially when I’m in a rush. And when I am dealing with old scans or photos of notes, the ocr is really reliable at turning them into searchable text, which makes everything easier to find and Smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It take a long time to load, and sometimes it seems to chew up a lot of ram for no obvious reason. On top of that it’s gotten pretty expensive since they moved to a subscription model and interface also feels more and more cluttered with protools, to the point where even basic tasks feel buried under too many menus and options. It constantly nudging cloud features and updates, which often just get in the way when I am simply trying to open a file quickly and read it. It sometimes feel like frustrating but manageable.
