"Predatory Cancelation Policy, becareful"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

It has several use cases when editing documents/pdfs, but overall just fine and not worth the hassle of working with Adobe Inc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

⭐⭐ 2/5 — Unfriendly cancellation policy for short-term use

Adobe Acrobat Pro is a capable product, but the subscription cancellation policy is problematic. If you cancel your plan, access to paid features is revoked immediately, even if you have already paid for the remainder of the billing period, with no prorated refund or continued access.

This behavior is not clearly disclosed upfront and is out of step with how most SaaS subscriptions work, especially for users who only need the product briefly and cancel responsibly to avoid forgetting later.

The software itself works fine, but this policy alone makes it hard to recommend for short-term or occasional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
