What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Acrobat has many features that I use constantly, but my favorite has to be the ability to combine files into a single document and create a link to share with my clients. It has really streamlined our process that used to involve numerous emails or having to find the files on our server to upload everything to a sharable service another way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Acrobat can do a lot, but I've definitely had issues with it crashing during important processes without being able to save. I also would like to see added functionality in PDF editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preflighting ads with our print settings and sending them back to our clients for approval used to be a much bigger hassle. Now we have a clear process through Acrobat for approval on any of our projects, with advertising and general publishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

There's an annoying thing that happens when I'm adding text fields to a fillable form. When I try to resize an existing text field, instead of allowing me to select the existing text field to resize it, the cursor gets all jumpy and sticky and keeps adding OTHER text fields on top of the current one. Make it STOP lo.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The latest interface change was slightly confusing to my colleagues and I - when you have been used to using the program for so long and the button placement changes, it can be confusing. For example, the comment feature moved AND the icon changed, and I am still getting used to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is also helpful when I am updating my resume. It does integrate with a lot fo my other tools and was easy to implement at our company.
