What do you like best about SafeOpt?

Personally, I like the ability to have a dedicated team where I can communicate changes to templates and are able to adapt accordingly in less than 48 hours. What do you dislike about SafeOpt?

Consequently, because of the dedicated team for making adjustments to email templates, you are unable to change the templates yourself. This makes it difficult when there is some miscommunication between back-forth and also affects minor changes as it can take up to 24-48 hours before changes are implemented. SafeOpt solves the challenge of managing and optimizing email campaigns effectively, especially under tight deadlines. The only concern with SafeOpt is you need to give them an offer to promote. So they may not be the best affiliate partner to work with if your brand is not promotional at all, but there are ways around this (like offering free shipping at a certain threshold). What do you like best about SafeOpt?

It allows us to reach and retarget visitors that come to our site with targeted offers that generate incremental revenue from email and it's easy to use, integrate, and set up. These are users that we otherwise wouldn't be able to reach, which is what makes SafeOpt so valuable. The customer support is great, too, and very helpful whenever you have any questions or concerns. What do you dislike about SafeOpt?

It would be nice to have the ability to add more emails into the flows that are offered. Only 2 emails are sent for a cart abandon flow and 1 email for a browse abandon flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SafeOpt allows us to send emails and retarget visitors that come to our site that we otherwise wouldn't be able to reach, since they're not part of our email list. I like that SafeOpt uses their own sending domain. We have been using SafeOpt for the past few months and have been impressed with the conversions that we have received so far. The tool allows us to contact website visitors who may not be subscribed to our newsletter so that we can still reach out to them with information about our business. What do you like best about SafeOpt?

Safeopt is very detail oriented and will answer all your questions right away. They guide you through the process and make you understand how Safeopt is different from other abandoned cart providers. Support is given with optimizations and best practices and they keep your content fresh over time. What do you like best about SafeOpt?

We have been using SafeOpt since 2022 and we're impressed with the service and increased conversions. It's very easy to use!
