What do you like best about Adaptiva?

Adaptiva allows seamless integration into your existing MECM environment, provides for hybrid support, and puts additional tools at your fingertips when monitoring your environment, complete remediation, or script automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptiva?

As a system administrator, I haven't experienced any major negative since implementing Adaptiva in our environment. Their online knowledge base, training, and consultants have been beneficial in assisting my team with training and getting past any roadblocks we have had during our implementation and configuration. What problems is Adaptiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Adaptiva?

Adaptiva does a great job of distributing content, but the customer service is what I like best. In 23 years in IT, I have never experienced his level of support or knowledge. The longest I have waited for help, even on weekends, was 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptiva?

I don't have a negative. The product does what it says on the box and very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adaptiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peer to peer content distribution, which is bandwidth aware. Limits the number of distribution points needed to support all of our deployment needs. Manages traffic by subnet, reducing wan traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
