**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I appreciate Acumatica for its data collection and integration capabilities. The ability to get live data is particularly beneficial for us.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The data that we brought over at go live isn't good. We didn't map data well and didn’t populate important fields. New users need to get good guidance from their partner and only bring in data that's been reviewed. Based on where we are today, nearly 3 years later, the initial setup of Acumatica was not well.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica's manufacturing edition for inventory management and scheduling. I like its data collection and integration abilities, especially getting live data.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the ability for custom integration in Acumatica. I also enjoy its reporting capabilities and how it transfers information and orders to our warehouse.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We're still stuck on 29hrs application shutdown or reboot. This is a huge impact on our operations. We were told that Acumatica PCS model required to reboot every 29hrs ish and there is no workaround. To this effect, application does reboots every 29/27hrs.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps with sales, accounting, and quotes, handling distribution and accounting for my company. I like its ability for custom integration, and it facilitates reporting and order transfers to our warehouse.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I find Acumatica easy to use, which is really important for smooth operation. The support teams and VARs are fantastic, providing essential assistance, especially with access to coding the backend and handling complex issues. I also appreciate the collaboration features, which are critical for me as an administrator to keep in touch with support teams.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I dislike that audit logs reporting on specific fields need to be built in, instead of requiring customization.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to control accounting, shipping, service orders, and scheduling. It helps with clean data entry, and I'm looking forward to AI assisting with that.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love that Acumatica is customizable by user and company. It easily allows us to keep our sales and expenses separated by project to run margins based on customers and regions. Acumatica makes inventory easy for accountants, especially with inventory in different locations over many states.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The only struggle we have is that subaccounts are chart of accounts wide instead of having different subaccounts only for specific accounts, but we have worked around that.

Acumatica lets us keep sales and expenses separated by project, enabling easy margin analysis. It simplifies inventory management across locations, which was challenging with WolfePak.

I like that Acumatica is flexible and cloud-based. It's a big advantage for me because I have a distributed footprint in a highly regulated market, and having visibility on the road is huge. I also appreciate that it combines our processes end to end with transparency. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and that was really helpful. Overall, I find the flexibility of Acumatica a great fit compared to what we were using before.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is web-based and allows for unlimited users. It's accessible anywhere, which is great for all levels of employees.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I really dislike the horrible mobile experience. It would be great if there was more support around financial reporting natively. I think having documented screen setups for each user would be helpful. Also, training classes available for specific functions of the software would be a big improvement. The transition from EBMS was very hard.

I use Acumatica for managing purchasing and accounting. It's web-based with unlimited users, making it accessible anywhere for all levels of employees.

I like that it has a user-friendly interface and a well-structured database, which makes it easy to relate tables and straightforward to enter data. We also have third-party integrations, which work well with Acumatica.

Sometimes it is slow. Loading data or when importing data.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I am currently using Acumatica for the Accounts Payable module to the full extent, from PO to receiving invoices from suppliers. Additionally, I am using the project costing feature, which is quite helpful for taking reports for each project that I utilize for invoicing customers.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We haven't fully implemented the construction module yet, which needs to be done. Also, until we utilize Acumatica to its fullest extent, it's hard for me to recommend it to others.

I use Acumatica for Accounts Payable from PO to supplier invoices and project costing, allowing me to generate reports for customer invoicing.

I like how easy Acumatica is for the team to use and understand. I also like the ability to customize the system to make it easier for everyone. I appreciate the portability and being able to access it anywhere.

What does not work is having to add on 3rd party modules to do some options like Stampli and EBiz. I would like to see more items integrated into Acumatica.

Claims reporting available to all users, as well as email visibility, has allowed more users to step in for support. The ability to have accurate data and reporting to allow for strategic planning has been amazing for our business. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

I find that Acumatica makes keeping track of billing a simple task and I appreciate its ease of use. We are just beginning the process with Acumatica, and it's all new and well-liked so far. I also appreciate the ease of using the import function for incoming invoices.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

When coding billing, it would be great if there was an easier way to move between accounts, sub accounts, and projects on each line. It is awkward.

I like how everything I need is in one place, which really helps in managing tasks more efficiently. I also appreciate that Acumatica is constantly updating and coming out with new versions.

There are times where it's slow and glitchy, especially if there are multiple people on the site. Also, the unnecessary functions/filters that are not needed. On a bill, there are entries that my team does not need to enter but we cannot remove them.

I find Acumatica streamlines the bill payment process for project managers and provides everything I need in one place.

I really like the modern aspect of Acumatica and the endless reporting options it offers. It's great that anything in a data field is reportable, which is super helpful for our varying needs. I also appreciate that with each update, the system is incorporating more AI to keep pace with the needs of my industry.

The WMS is lightweight and doesn't have some standard options that other platforms offer out of the box.

I like knowing we have more tools to leverage with Acumatica. I also appreciate the attributes of stock items, which we use on our webpage. It's helpful for attributes recognition as part of a manufactured SKU.

I find the pick/pack system lacking. I would like the automated warehouse operations to be more of a WMS rather than just an upgraded pick/pack system. Additionally, the customizations we've made to Acumatica have made upgrades and implementing other modules challenging.

I use Acumatica for accurate COGS, inventory management, SKU management, and leveraging stock item attributes on our webpage.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I really like Acumatica's Modern UI and the ease of use to create GIs. The software houses all of our data in one place with easy search functions, which I find incredibly convenient. I'm excited about how the Modern UI will allow minimizing the screens and tabs my team needs to look at, ultimately improving our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

There is a lot of information and a lot of tabs to look through, making it really hard to train new hires on what they need to look at. In addition, the Production Order module is very manual and requires a lot of specific buttons to be pressed.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica stores all our data in one place with easy search functions, simplifying data access. The Modern UI minimizes screens and tabs, boosting efficiency for my team.

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to create no-code customizations. The learning curve isn't high, which makes it easy to pick up different aspects of the system. I also appreciate the visibility it provides across the business and the ease of producing custom reports.

It is a little early but so far the only thing that hasn't worked so well has been the Sub account structure which I feel is a bit rigid.

I like the intercompany component in Acumatica. It allows me to bill one company, pay from another, and make an intercompany IOU. This functionality is particularly valuable for our construction company.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I need to move away from manual entry. Importing bills and account payable, as well as timekeeping for payroll, could be improved. The initial setup was very hard.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to input bills, pay invoices, process payroll, and some reporting. It effectively cost codes payroll and supports intercompany transactions, allowing me to bill one company, pay from another, and manage interco IOUs.

I really like Acumatica's customization capabilities, which our in-house development team leverages to meet our specific needs. The pricing model suits our low volume, high dollar business model well. Plus, the direct support from Acumatica makes assistance quick and easy because we don't have a VAR involved.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The upgrade process with many customizations can be difficult to keep up with. Workflow control and field visibility could be simpler. Sometimes users complain about how much is on the screen.

I appreciate Acumatica for its reporting capabilities and eliminating redundancy, which has increased my efficiency and provided better financial data. Using Velixo with Acumatica allows me to deliver accurate commentary as all our financials are integrated, helping me extract numbers seamlessly from Acumatica.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like the amount of customization needed out of the box for AP, projects, and AR. It would be better with increased AI and no code/low code solutions.

Acumatica eliminates manual reporting, reduces redundancy, and increases efficiency. It enhances financial data accuracy, allowing me to provide accurate commentary with Velixo.

I use Acumatica as our primary accounting software. It modernized our team and takes care of billing and expense approvals. I like that it makes complex data easier to navigate, which saved me time and reduces frustration. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the onboarding team was helpful.

The user interface could be improved. There are too many clicks required to get expense details, making it not intuitive.

I use Acumatica for running our business operations. It has helped automate many of our processes, saving time. I also find it highly customizable. Acumatica has a wide variety of add-on programs to help strengthen areas where the base program is lacking.

The WMS could be improved. It is ok, but doesn't help nearly as much as other specialized programs do. The initial setup was very difficult.

I really like the customization options with Acumatica and the people we've worked with on this have been a massive plus. I also appreciate the ability to customize and create reports comparing different parts of the business. The large number of capabilities that Acumatica offers as a cloud ERP is a big bonus. It's been amazing working with our VAR SWK for the initial setup.

AI invoice processing. Several 3rd party vendors provide invoice recognition and 3 way matching but none of it is native in Acumatica.

I love how everything is related or linked together.  I can always follow the "breadcrumb" trail and find what I need.  A sales order tells the entire story, from shipment, to invoice, to supplier bill, and so on.  It's fantastic to have a cloud-based ERP where our entire company can access information easily.  Acumatica is just what we needed to scale and grow our business.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

At this point in our implementation (less than a year on Acumatica), I don't really have any downsides to list.  Having a data driven system has forced our company and our employees to be better stewards of our data input.  Sometimes Acumatica can feel rigid to get new customers or items created - but rather, it's a blessing in disguise because it forces us to set things up correctly the first time.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to extract real-time data in ways we never have before.  Reporting is light years ahead of what we had previously.  We have already eliminated the use of paper documents since we can attach files to nearly everything within the system.  Best of all, all our employees can access the system and get the information they need quickly!
