What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and intuitive navigation, making it simple to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks. I appreciate that our directors can access and explore their data without needing help from the accounting staff. The platform provides better access to data, allowing real-time data sharing as it's loaded into the system. I find it easy to grant financial statement users access to their data, and they can easily drill down to view their information. The constant improvements are also a nice touch. I switched from Quickbooks due to Acumatica's better reporting features, and I like the ability to set up departments and sub-accounts, which helps in providing clearer insights. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

"Unified Platform, Seamless Operations"
What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like that Acumatica serves as our one source of truth for contact management, inventory records, sales history, and margin analysis. I appreciate the ease with which it holds all data and connections in one location instead of relying on multiple sources of software to track various sections of the business. It's great to have one software where forecasts are entered, inventory is monitored, customer accounts are tracked, sales history is available, and supplier management is connected as well. Acumatica handles better than my experience with SAP and is regularly being updated to provide new features. Plus, Acumatica set up was not a burden at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to add on additional software that integrates easily when needed. The system allows us to effectively track our inventory, production, costs, and sales opportunities all in one place. We've been able to implement Quality Control Software and business reporting tools, and even a phone system that integrates seamlessly with CRM, reducing the time our sales team needs to key data into Acumatica. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

The use of mobile scanning tools on the shop floor could use some enhancements. This needs to be easier without the need for consultant customizations. For individuals on the shop floor, there needs to be less clicks or points. Adding some built-in intelligence would be helpful. A good example is inventory moves where the user has to pick warehouse, location, SKU, quantity, etc. It would be nice if a SKU could be scanned and then the operator has warehouse, location, quantity data auto-filled. I find the third-party integrations in Acumatica very helpful for ensuring that all our data and information is consistent among platforms. I like the ease of access and navigation through the screens, which makes it simple to use. I really appreciate the mobile access for approvals and quick visibility of the system; as the CEO, being able to access the system from anywhere makes it easier for me to stay up to speed. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I think training and user sessions could be improved. I'd love a monthly Teams or Zoom session, like a lunch and learn remotely, allowing customers to pick and choose what is appropriate material for engagement. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like Acumatica because it helps us manage a lot of manufacturing operations, like managing our inventory, providing solutions to customers, and coordinating material requirements for purchase. I appreciate the ease of customization in generic inquiries, as it allows me to easily create a custom view of all the data I need for each unique situation. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I find the MRP hard to use, but this is mostly because we have bad data in the system. It's challenging because we did not set up all of our inventory items correctly. It will definitely be improved when we take the time to clean this up and better use the system. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was pretty involved, but I wasn't there for the full setup. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I find Acumatica's ability to customize to our business needs really useful, especially with a lot of customer-facing customization options. The constant innovation that stays on top of technology is something I can utilize to improve our processes. I also appreciate the move of bill approvals to Acumatica instead of relying on email, which along with business events keeps partners and executives informed about all payments. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I find the ability to merge data for different tenants lacking, which is a challenge since we have 4 tenants and 27 companies and would like to consolidate data for productivity reporting and remote worker management. Additionally, I dislike the vendor/customer security for ACH and payment info as there's no ability to add an approval mapping before making changes, which could really enhance our workflow. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like Acumatica's budgeting feature, which is very useful for us as a nonprofit. It allows us to track each individual grant and manage expenses effectively, helping us control costs and get reimbursed for expenses from funding sources. We switched from Blackbaud to Acumatica because it's more updated and makes it easier to connect in real-time with other newer systems. I have noticed that it's faster and more accurate. What do you like best about Acumatica?

As a developer, what I like most about Acumatica is the ability to customize the software. The XRP framework makes it truly easy to make complex customizations, and having access to the ERP source code means I can always see how something works. I appreciate that the framework was built first and then the package, which means customizations and the ability to extend the software are built right in from the foundation up. This is way better than my experience with other ERP packages where customizations were always a complex and tedious process because they were an afterthought. I really enjoy how easy Acumatica is to learn and use, plus there's an abundance of support materials if we need help. Acumatica is perfect for our business, from automating recurring tasks to robust data management and retention. I also appreciate how it supports our paperless approach with the ability to store documents attached to transactions. The system can scale with our operations over time and remain a relevant support. I appreciate that Acumatica keeps adding new features and values customer feedback. Will you integrate a HR suite of services in to your workspace menu that then integrates to payroll for our world? We understand why 3rd party consultants are engaged but it can look expensive and daunting to customize for small businesses and "hope it integrates and works".
