I like Acumatica for its ease of use and intuitive navigation, making it simple to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks. I appreciate that our directors can access and explore their data without needing help from the accounting staff. The platform provides better access to data, allowing real-time data sharing as it's loaded into the system. I find it easy to grant financial statement users access to their data, and they can easily drill down to view their information. The constant improvements are also a nice touch. I switched from Quickbooks due to Acumatica's better reporting features, and I like the ability to set up departments and sub-accounts, which helps in providing clearer insights. I think there are many things I don't know to set up that could be helpful, but finding time to drill down and set up new things is difficult. The user guides and training materials are not that helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
